Ich habe telefonisch einen Termin gemacht, konnte pünktlich zu meinem Termin durch die Empfangsstation und mein Ansuchen wurde rasch bearbeitet. Man wartet 15 min auf die Vermittlung dann noch einmal 10 min nach der Vermittlung und dann wird man eiskalt weggedrückt. Disaster, everything after mediation is not accepted. You wait 15 minutes for the operator then another 10 minutes after the mediation and then you are pushed away ice cold.

Beim nachfragen ob die Nummer so passt gab es nur ein "Wiederhören" und Stille. If demotivation and a lack of communication skills were an evaluation criterion, there would be 5 stars. Was forwarded to a phone number that is not even in use. When asking if the number fits, there was only a "hear again" and silence.
M	Mr. C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corona machts möglich...ohne Termin wird man vor dem Eingang verscheucht. Diesen zu bekommen ist ohnehin schon schwer genug da man " Anrufen" muss. Und das werden Hunderte sein die das versuchen... Ich verstehe es nicht warum das heutzutage noch immer nicht möglich ist einen "Digitalen Terminvereinbarer" auf der Webseite zu integrieren. Z. B. das Diagnostik Zentrum in Graz bietet das schon lange an und das funktioniert bestens. Spart Zeit und die Beamten würden/könnten ihrer Arbeit nachkommen anstatt stundenlang sinnlos zu Telefonieren und Terminwünsche entgegenzunehmen... Aber die paar Euro scheint man nicht investieren zu wollen. Schade eigentlich. Stattdessen besorgt man sich einen Sicherheitsdienst der dich vom Eingang entfernt. Und dieser kostet sicher mehr als die Software die Erleichterung bringen würde. Darum nur 1 Stern. Die Beamten an sich, sind freundlich und Hilfsbereit? I don't understand why it's still not possible to integrate a "digital appointment maker" on the website these days. For example, the diagnostics center in Graz has been offering this for a long time and it works very well. A	Antonia Mio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine absolute Frechheit! Die heben einfach NIE ab! Ich frage mich was die alle dort machen außer Kaffee trinken und tratschen? Weil arbeiten tun die sicher nicht. Versuche seit 2 Tagen telefonisch anzurufen, an einem Tag war ich 1 Stunde in der Warteschleife und am zweiten Tag kam einfach den ganzen Tag die Mobilbox obwohl die Geschäftszeiten mit meiner Anrufszeit überein gestimmt haben. Ich mein was soll das? Mitarbeiter wechseln bitte! An absolute cheek! They just NEVER take off! I wonder what everyone is doing there besides drinking coffee and gossiping? Because they certainly don't work. Been trying to call by phone for 2 days, one day I was on hold for 1 hour and on the second day the mobile box just came all day although the business hours matched my call time. I mean what is that? Change employees please!
