p	pall Hans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Kundenbetreuung ohne Fachkenntnisse und Überheblich dazu! Wir sind mit rund 50 Lancia Lybra 1,9JTD in unserem Fuhrpark immer bestens bedient gewesen. Wir fahren seit 1963 Fiat Produkte! Wir wollten jetzt 40 Fahrzeuge neu ausschreiben und ich bin daher mit einem Fiat Tipp Diesel 5 Gang eine Wochen ( - als Mietauto von Sixt -Super Konditionen und gute Bedienung ) zur Probe gefahren. Das Ergebnis ist ernüchternd! Wir kaufen dieses Fahrzeug nicht! Ich fahre mit den Lybra mit einem dreiviertelten Tank von Kärnten nach Düsseldorf. Mit den Tipo brauche ich 1 1/2 Tanks Diesel! Um mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit ( 150 -160 km/h ) zu fahren, brauche ich gut 600 Motorumdrehungen mehr als beim Lybra ! Damit wird er sehr viel lauter! Die Abstimmung Aufhängung - Kupplung neigt zu Nickbewegungen! Wassereinbrüche durch die erste Türdichtung! ( Neufahrzeug! ) Die Gurtbefestigung ist auf der rechten Seite sehr ungut angebracht! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit diese Anregungen bei FCA Austria einer kompetenten Person mitzuteilen. Die Geschäftsführung hat kein Interesse mit Kunden in Kontakt zu treten! Es darf niemand zur Geschäftsleitung verbunden werden! Ich wünsche denen alles Gute, wir haben uns heute nach 54 Jahren Fiat Kunde, von Fiat verabschiedet! Worst customer service without specialist knowledge and arrogant about it! We have always been well served with around 50 Lancia Lybra 1,9JTDs in our fleet. We have been driving Fiat products since 1963! We now wanted to put 40 new vehicles out to tender and I therefore drove a five-speed Fiat Tip Diesel for a week (- as a rental car from Sixt - super conditions and good service) for a test drive. The result is sobering! We do not buy this vehicle! I am driving the Lybra with a three-quarter tank from Carinthia to Düsseldorf. With the Tipo I need 1 1/2 tanks of diesel! To drive at the same speed (150-160 km / h), I need a good 600 engine revolutions more than with the Lybra! This makes it a lot louder! The suspension - coupling tends to pitch movements! Water ingress through the first door seal! (New vehicle!) The belt attachment is attached very badly on the right side! There is no way of communicating these suggestions to a competent person at FCA Austria. The management is not interested in getting in touch with customers! Nobody may be connected to the management! I wish them all the best, today we said goodbye to Fiat after 54 years as a Fiat customer!
