Der Service ist jenseits von Gut und Böse Update: vor 3 Monaten habe ich den Restbetrag überwiesen und warte noch immer auf den Typenschein. Der Service hier ist unter aller Sau... Update 2: nach mittlerweile 5 Beschwerden und insgesamt 3 Zusicherungen, das mir der Typenschein sofort per Post geschickt wird..., Ist bis heute noch immer kein Fahrzeug Dokument geliefert worden. Den Leuten bei dieser Bank ist das einfach egal. Dafür interessiert sich keiner. Jetzt fordere ich über meinen Rechtsbeistand um sofortige handeln der Bank .. The Opel Bank had 2 weeks to reply to 3 e-mails (2 of which were urgent), and to date I have not received an answer regarding my type certificate. The service is beyond good and bad Update: 3 months ago I transferred the remaining amount and am still waiting for the type certificate. The service here is under the boner ... Update 2: after meanwhile 5 complaints and a total of 3 assurances that the type certificate will be sent to me by post immediately ..., still no vehicle document has been delivered to this day. The people at this bank just don't care. Nobody is interested in that. Now I am calling for immediate action from the bank through my legal advisor.
