S	Sebastian Hauss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal, während viele Leute im Lokal darauf warten bedient zu werden, sitzen zwei der drei Mitarbeiter draußen rauchen. Statt ein Croissant (wie auf der Karte vermerkt) zum "Kaiserfrühstück" hat mir die Kellnerin ein Kipferl gebracht, außerdem wurde auch der zum "Wiener Frühstück" dazugehörige "frisch gepresste" Orangensaft vergessen. Nachdem wir die Kellnerin darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, bekamen wir billigsten Tetra Pak Orangensaft, keine Spur von frisch gepresst. Letztes mal das wir hier waren. Unfriendly staff, while many people in the restaurant are waiting to be served, two of the three employees are sitting outside smoking. Instead of a croissant (as noted on the menu) for the "Kaiserfrühstück", the waitress brought me a croissant, and the "freshly squeezed" orange juice that went with the "Viennese breakfast" was also forgotten. After telling the waitress we got the cheapest Tetra Pak orange juice, not a trace of freshly squeezed. Last time we were here.

Ebenso werden während der Kartenzahlung mehrere Kunden gleichzeitig bedient… Unfortunately, the staff was again very unfriendly! No "Grüß Gott" no "Goodbye" no "Have a nice day" ... a shame! Several customers are also served at the same time during the card payment ...
G	Gernot Habel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat leider stark nachgelassen. Früher gab es umfangreiche Frühstückauswahl, jetzt nur mehr das Notwendigste. Preis/Leistung passt nicht mehr ganz, das bestellte weiche Ei war hart, lange Wartezeiten bei der Bedienung. Für ein paar Euro mehr kann man dann auch schon in besseren Cafés in Döbling gemütlicher Frühstücken. Unfortunately it has slacked off considerably. There used to be an extensive breakfast selection, now only the bare essentials. Price / performance ratio is no longer quite right, the soft egg I ordered was hard, long waiting times for the waitress. For a few euros more you can have a leisurely breakfast in better cafés in Döbling.

Weiter so! The young man who served us was not only very polite but does his job with such winning charm and wit, we absolutely loved it! Keep it up!

Brot leider nicht OK, Kellnerin jedoch vorbildlich reagiert, daher trotz mäßiger, weil mehr erwartet.. 4/5 Sterne Big breakfast, ham, bread roll, rolls .. extra price for drink, unfortunately already normal. Egg dish bread .. Bread unfortunately not OK, but the waitress reacted in an exemplary manner, so despite moderate, because more expected .. 4/5 stars
R	Robert Ginder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Zeiten von der hochansteckenden Omikron-Variante hat eine Verkäuferin statt des Mund-Nasenschutz einen Kinnschutz, die andere trägt das Nasenspitzel immer heraussen. Habe ihnen das schon mehrmals gesagt, interessiert sie nicht. Hab diesbezüglich schon in der Zentrale angerufen, passiert ist bis dato nichts. Kaufe mein Gebäck in Zukunft woanders! In times of the highly contagious omicron variety, one saleswoman has a chin guard instead of a mouth and nose protection, the other always wears the tip of the nose out. Have already told you that several times, they don't care. I've already called the headquarters about this, nothing has happened so far. Buy my pastries elsewhere in the future!
E	Eti & Peter Atighi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update heute, 24022022: Bin positiv überrascht, denn seit einigen Tagen ist immer alles da und frisch. Vielleicht war die enttäuschende Erfahrung vor Kurzem tatsächlich nur eine Ausnahme. Die Schnecke schmeckt super, der Apfelkrapfen auch, der Vanillekrapfen ist mein Highlight neben der Esterhazyschnitte. Die darf ich aber nicht mehr essen, weil ich sie sonst jeden Tag möchte und am Ende zu "stabil" werde. Bin ja ein Felberfan und daher superhappy, dass alles wieder so fein schmeckt. Somit kommt der abgezogene Stern wieder dazu. Die ersten Esterhazytorten waren noch echt frisch und groß, allerdings schmecken sie nun schon 4x hintereinander alt, obwohl günstig sind sie ja mit € 2,90. Mich ärgert, dass auch unter der Woche einiges einfach nicht mehr da ist und für Nachschub kaum gesorgt wird. Heute gab es wieder nur Reste und der Topfenstrudel ist so hart, dass man fast ein Messer braucht. Die Verkäuferinnen sind teilweise auch ruppig. Daher zwei Sterne Abzug Update today, 24022022: I'm pleasantly surprised, because everything has always been there and fresh for a few days. Perhaps the recent disappointing experience was indeed just an exception. The snail tastes great, the apple donut too, the vanilla donut is my highlight next to the Esterhazy cake. But I can't eat them anymore, because otherwise I want them every day and end up becoming too "stable". I'm a Felber fan and therefore super happy that everything tastes so fine again. So the star that was removed is added again. The first Esterhazy cakes were still really fresh and big, but they taste old four times in a row, although they are cheap at € 2.90. I'm annoyed that some things are simply not there during the week and that supplies are hardly provided. Today there were only leftovers and the curd cheese strudel is so hard that you almost need a knife. The saleswomen are sometimes gruff. Hence two stars deduction
