The products are the same as in every Anker. The staff is unbelievably unfriendly. Seeing a difficult situation with my toddler, the employee instead of being friendly, like in most cafés in Vienna, he just said 'ich warte' (I'm waiting) stressing my child more. Then he gave me and charged me for twice as much as I ordered and insisted that this is what I ordered. He could have acknowledged he didn't hear me well through the face mask or my child's crying. Unacceptable customer service. I'm definitely not coming here again, but I'll also avoid other Anker if they can't make sure they employ respectful staff.
