Jetzt muss man schon in der Angst leben eine Strafe von 180 Euro zu kassieren wenn man an der Tankstelle was einkauft und vielleicht eine Warteschlange im Shop ist, damit man ja nicht zu lange auf dem Parkplatz steht. Nie wieder zu dieser Tankstelle Been to this gas station twice as a customer and received a fine of 180 euros twice. You do that great with your customers !! Ersuche um Information vom Pächter, wielange man um 50 Cent die Lanzenwäsche nutzen kann, ich für mich habe die Zeit gestoppt. Denn sonst könnte man auch hier annehmen, abgezockt zu werden. Nachtrag: Unbedingt bei einem Shopeinkauf den Bon danach überprüfen, hier wird sehr schnell gescannt, im gegenständlichen Fall finden sich statt einem Produkt, zwei Produkte auf der Rechnung, war halt ein Fehler, was ist los mit meinem Sche... Ich finde es eine reine Schikane und bodenlose Frechheit, das einem Kunden der Zutritt zu den Sanitäranlagen nicht gewährt wird. Ich bin jetzt mittlerweile seit mindestens 4 Jahren Stammkunde an der genannten Shell. Wenn jemand als Kunde immer hier tankt, einkauft und sein Geld einfach da lässt, erwartet man sich doch das man wenigstens auf die Toiletten gehen darf. Die junge Blondine kommt mit der Ausrede das die Männer die WCs nicht sauber halten können und sie deswegen den Zutritt zu den Sanitäranlagen verwehrt. Man kann sich nicht mal die Hände waschen, nachdem man den Reifendruck des Autos kontrolliert hat. Auf Anfrage das der Sanitärbesuch bei den anderen Kollegen möglich ist, antwortete mir die junge Blondine: „Sollte ich das meiner Chefin sagen, dass die anderen Mitarbeiter Männern den Sanitärbesuch gewähren, dann darf niemand mehr die Sanitäranlagen benutzen, weil die Chefin auch ihrer Aussage nach gegen einen Sanitärbesuch ist. Wenn da keine Lösung für das große Problem gefunden wird, war es mein letzter Besuch bei allen Shell Tankstellen! If someone as a customer always fills up here, goes shopping and just leaves his money there, one expects that at least one can go to the toilet. Am Abend überhaupt etwas von Maskenpflicht oder benehmen ist dort schon fremd I used to love coming to this gas station, but now you can forget it. S	Simon Duschet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute dort um mitzuteilen dass die Waschanlage das Fahrzeug verdreckt. (Das Fahrzeug ist voller dreckiger Tropfen und ich bin nicht haglich). Beschwerden werden nur am selben Tag angenommen laut Filialleiter. Sprich es ist ihnen egal. Ich wollte auch keine Gutschrift, sondern es lediglich mitteilen. Sie wussten das schon, aber scheinbar wird die Waschanlage auch nicht gewartet. Nie wieder. P.s. ich füll euch sicher kein hier Formular aus, das machts bitte selbst Went there today to report that the car wash was dirtying the vehicle. O	Only Medizin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren. Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht über die Zustände dieser Tankstelle. Meine ganze Familie ist seit vielen Jahren Kundschaft in Wien Heiligenstadt der Shell Tankstelle. Wir tanken ausstandslos bei dieser Station und sind öfters am Wochenende, um vergesse Einkäufe zu besorgen, vor Ort. Leider mussten wir feststellen das sich die Situation vor Ort massiv verschlechtert hat! Abends ist es nicht möglich das Areal zu befahren, da sich Personen dort befinden mit denen man nicht anstreifen möchte. Meine Gattin bzw. Tochter trauen sich nicht aus dem Fahrzeug auszusteigen. Es treibt sich dort eine Szene herum, die mit ihren Fahrzeugen alles blockiert und dies bis in die frühen Morgenstunden (was man auch bis nachhause hört -aufheulende Motoren) Ich selbst wurde von diesen Personen der Tankstelle verwiesen! Was ich mitbekommen habe wurde diese Station an eine neue Pächterin bzw. an einen neuen Pächter vergeben, die/der es anscheinend begrüßt ein solches Publikum auf ihrem Areal vorzufinden. Leider müssen wir uns von dieser (Stamm bzw Haustankstelle) trennen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Heller Ladies and gentlemen. I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this gas station. My whole family has been a customer of the Shell gas station in Vienna Heiligenstadt for many years. We fill up at this station without any problems and are often on site at the weekend to do some forgotten shopping. Unfortunately, we had to realize that the situation on site has deteriorated massively! It is not possible to drive on the area in the evening, as there are people there with whom you do not want to touch. My wife and daughter do not dare to get out of the vehicle. A scene hangs around there, blocking everything with their vehicles and doing so until the early hours of the morning (which you can also hear until you get home - roaring engines). I myself was expelled from the gas station by these people! From what I've heard, this station has been given to a new tenant who apparently welcomes such an audience on their premises.
