Mal innerhalb eines Jahres aufgesucht und musste jedes Mal die selbe Erfahrung machen, die Beratung erfolgt schlecht gelaunt, sogar ein bisschen grantig, lustlos und nicht wirklich kompetent, auf individuelle Wünsche wird nicht eingegangen, man erhält „Stangenware“. Wohlfühlfaktor gleich Null. Wenn Sie einen Verlobungsring oder ähnliches suchen, empfehle ich den Besuch bei einem Goldschmied, die sind nicht so viel teurer und gehen auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Habe nie Schmuck getragen, hätte mir erhofft, dass die Verkäuferin mir die richtige Größe empfiehlt. Filiale außerdem äußerst klein, man ist auf engstem Raum mit anderen Kunden. Die Verkäuferin hat genervt gewirkt, kannte sich nicht aus und wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt. Auf der Feichtinger Website steht bei fast allen Ringen, dass diese in allen Filialen lagernd seien - das stimmt nicht. Wir haben unsere Ringe dann doch beim Feichtinger gefunden, allerdings in Baden wo wir in einem modernen, hellen Geschäft äußerst freundlich und kompetent beraten wurden. Small, dark shop that is advertised as a wedding ring lounge. The saleswoman seemed annoyed, didn't know her way around and we felt uncomfortable. On the Feichtinger website, almost all rings say that they are in stock in all branches - that's not true. We did find our rings at Feichtinger, but in Baden, where we received extremely friendly and competent advice in a modern, bright shop.
