Upon collection the date of delivery was firmly set to four days after collection, which was still tolerable for priority package. Through countless delays and supposedly random check conducted by customs the package spent several days being walked around India by the speed of updates. Final straw is that when the package was closest to the point of delivery the slackers decided to just wait for next week which dragged the whole delivery from 4 to 8 days. If you need something delivered urgently do it yourself in person, you'll be done faster than going through this pathetic show...
V	Vahid S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The package should be deliver in 3 days. On friday they updated wrong address and they didn't tell me. I contact them and resolve the issue( the Address was correct ). They said i get it on monday noon. On monday whole day at home and didn't get it. They updated "reciever not at home and we left a message". I was whole day at home and they didn't even left a message. 3 day delivery is now one week and still didn't get my packet. I will tell my supplier do not work with such a company. Waste time and money.

Combined with Samsung's policy that, if you order, only you may take receipt of the package, this cost me time to sort out and half a day's leave. It's clear why Amazon gets so much business.

From customer service to supervisor, in terms of service attitude and work ability. They are like robbers. Force you to accept everything. They will only say sorry that I can only do this. In fact, they did nothing. Give you a bunch of excuses to prevaricate you.?‍♂️??

Was the entire day at home waiting for a package after they said that the package should arrive today (3 times I talked to them on the phone today!) Of course the package did not arrive and when I call at the end of the day, the customer service was just shouting and telling me that she cannot do anything about it. Then she said that the package is planned to be deliver tomorrow!!! So why did they tell me 3 times in the phone that it will arrive today?!?!

After a week's waiting, my package was returned directly. Your services never communicate at all. Aways No phone calls . No E-Mail. ???

I stayed at home all day because I really wanted to receive the package before the weekend. At 7 pm I received a notification that unfortunately my package could not be delivered because I was not at home. Next possible date: Monday.
