Worst customer service in history! First I had a package that was stuck in customs clearance, no-one contacted or notified me of this, I had to call and find this out. In the last two weeks not one person from FedEx has called me back even though I was promised on every occasion that a manager would call me back within an hour. This has become a complete joke, in the last two weeks I have never once received a phone call back from any manager or representative of FedEx. I have provided all the information requested and was emailed by a representative who lied and told me my package had cleared customs, I then had to call and find out more information was needed which I provided and now no one will call me, email me and every time I call I'm told a manager will call me back. I don't understand how you can run an international conglomerate and treat the customers who keep your business afloat so rudely and dismissively. I will be calling each and every hour until this nightmare is resolved. Shame you on FedEx, what a joke!

International shipment – absolute poor service If you want to send anything internationally, I am strongly recommend NOT to use FedEx. Let me share my experience about a shipment from Hongkong to Vienna -content of shipment earbuds. History of events: -Package sent out date: 01 Mar 2021 -Package arrived at Vienna customs service: 08 Mar 2021 -No communication at all until my first mail on 29 Mar Two further mails were needed to get the first response by FexEx -First FedEx response on 06 Apr: No clear path forward when the package can be delivered, they referred to a third party who works on the customs clearance -Second FedEx response on 07 Apr: FedEx requested to send the invoice and proof of payment to the third party and provided the email address. The indicated email address of the third party is a dead end, my mail could not delivered to the indicated third party address. -Third FedEx response on 12 Apr: FedEx informed me that they plan to destroy the shipment without any clear rational, why they are unable to obtain customs clearance and what is the limiting factor – absolute incomprehensible for me! Current status to date (13 Apr) – 36 days after my packaged arrive at customs service in Vienna, there is no clear path forward to resolve the issue! Ask yourself, are you willing to go through a similar experience for your next shipment?

My package was delivered to someone else's address and this is the second time. How can they deliver a package to an address which it is not addressed to? They deserve 0 star. On top of that they never called me to assist them. I find it very unprofessional.

He had to personally pick up a package from this company, and those who work in this company helped me with the necessary information ... I managed to pick it up without any problems ... They were very communicative and respectful

They withheld my document parcel for 3 weeks at Vienna customs without a reason. I called them many times, nobody had a useful answer why it took them so long to look into the parcel to make sure it's just paper. Totally unacceptable.

Terrible service. Our package got announced for Monday. 14.02.2022 - Now we have the 22.02.2022. The package is still not delivered. The Bischof GmbH and Customs told us that customs is finished. Fedex itself claims that their systems is telling us that customs is not released. Im getting pushed from fedex to bischof and from bischof to fedex. Customer Service of Fedex is very bad, they redirected me to talk to Swiss Customs, but our customs is Austria. As well they tell you always you are wrong and the error is not with fedex.

On the 3rd of December 2021, I attempted to ship a package of documents on DVDs from Fairfax, Virginia to Vienna Austria ($235) by 10 Dec. I don't know how the USA-based agent screwed up the documentation but unfortunately whatever he wrote was insufficient for Austrian customs as the package sat in customs for 10 days. During the delay, USA FedEx Corporate and local Vienna were of zero help. Despite having the local receiver's phone number and email, the local office never once reached out to assist over these 10 days. The receiver was provided a Vienna-based FedEx phone number by Customs, but no ever answered the phone. Three times over the 14th and 15th, after long phone delays to indifferent USA-based stateside customer service reps, both the recipient and I answered the Austrian Customs' two burning questions "What is in the package and what is the value?". Had the Fairfax Virginia clerk done his job right, this would have never happened! The package finally cleared customs on 19 December and two local colleagues repeatedly attempted to coordinate a delivery on the receiver's behalf. My colleague (the recipient) returned to the USA on 21 December having never received this import work project. On 23 December, 14 days after the package arrived in Vienna, the local Vienna agent finally emailed my colleague (in German) to schedule a delivery. Ironically, he used the exact same contact info that I provided on 3 December at the Fairfax office but never thought to use at any point during the 10-day delay. The final chapter of this long tragedy was that after my colleague’s departure and despite two other German speaking work colleagues in Vienna contacting the local agent on 14 January 2022 (we finally actually had a good contact number), FedEx shipped the package back to me in the USA and FedEx is now trying to exhort another $356.41 from me. They shipped the package back the very next work day after assuring both of my German speaking colleagues that FedEx would hold the package for pick up. To be clear, my rating is a 0.0 and it reflects the litany of mis-deeds, indifference, incompetence, and deceitfulness executed by multiple FedEx employees at every turn from Fairfax, Virginia to Vienna, Austria. I knew I should have gone DHL!

The delivery was late. Then the delivery guy called me when in my door and in a very rude way, complained that I was not home how I should. Should I? That was the first time the company contacted me; I never said I would be home to receive a package! After that, I received the charge with the TAX and a fee for doing the service of charging me; I paid. A month late, I received charging me again (the same exact value of taxes); I have tried to contact customer service several times by email and Twitter. I never had an answer about what was going on and how to proceed. TERRIBLE SERVICE in all the steps of the work provided. Austria has from far the best option for this service. Don't use FedEx.
