★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Dokumente nach Südamerika verschickt. Zunächst hat die Anmeldung der Sendung über die UPS Website mit einer völlig unklaren Fehlermeldung nicht funktioniert. Anruf bei UPS, natürlich keine Ahnung warum es nicht klappt. Also dann vor Ort aufgegeben, hat lange gedauert, aber der Angestellte war zumindest freundlich und bemüht. Aber dann: nicht nur, dass der zugesagte Zustelltermin um vier Tage überschritten wurde, wurde mir dann auch noch eine Rechnung über die bereits bei der Aufgabe bezahlten Versandkosten geschickt. Mühsamer gehts echt nicht. Nächstes Mal nehme ich einen anderen Versanddienstleister.
 I sent documents to South America. Initially, the registration of the shipment via the UPS website did not work with a completely unclear error message. Call UPS, of course no idea why it doesn't work. So then gave up on site, took a long time, but the employee was at least friendly and hard-working. But then: not only did the promised delivery date be exceeded by four days, but I was also sent an invoice for the shipping costs that had already been paid when posting. It really couldn't be more difficult. Next time I'll use a different shipping service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Tage hat meine Frau auf das packet gewartet keiner is gekommen am Handy sendeverfolgung stand das der Lieferant von UPS da war das ist eine lügerei aber was erwartet man von so welchen Leuten es arbeiten dort inder Afghanen und so weiter eine Schande für unser Österreich
My wife waited 2 days for the packet. Nobody came on the cellphone. It said that the UPS supplier was there, that's a lie, but what do you expect from the people who work there in the Afghans and so on, a shame for our Austria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung, Betrugsfirma! Liefert keine Pakete, sondern stellt die Pakete absichtlich nie ordnungsmaessig zu und behaelt diese selbst meiner Meinung nach
. Mein Paket ist unterwegs verloren gegangen und Schadensersatz gab es nicht! Finger weg!
Warning, scam company! Doesn't deliver parcels, but deliberately never delivers the parcels properly and, in my opinion, keeps them myself
. My package got lost on the way and there was no compensation! Hands off!

Letztes Paket dauerte fast 1 Monat von Deutschland nach Wien. is das Geld nicht wert, lieber mit der Post
Most unreliable transport service provider ever, umpteen alleged delivery attempts, umpteen excuses, cumbersome help desk
Last package took almost 1 month from Germany to Vienna. is not worth the money, better by mail

* Falsche Angaben zum Zeitfenster für die Zustellung
* Es erfolgt - anscheinend systematisch - kein Zustellversuch (oder eine Kontaktaufnahme durch den Zusteller), sondern
* Pakete werden sofort an eine Abholstation geliefert. Von dort dürfen sich die Kund:innen die Pakete selbst abholen ...
* Kundendienst telefonisch schwer erreichbar, wiederholt lediglich die falschen Angaben der Zusteller ("Kunde nicht angetroffen"), bietet keine Hilfestellung, meldet sich nicht zurück
