R	Radka Slovak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible operations, first they somehow manage to submit our package for customs without attached original certificate, which of course doesn't work, then our package sits three additional days in the warehouse because it didn't get registered for import health inspection. Lastly package gets through health inspection and customs, but this company schedules its delivery in 4 days - for international priority shipment of perishable items. My colleague had to walk in and pick up the package personally

They held my bag I had shipped from America without any reason or explanation for nearly three weeks because they wanted proof of purchase which doesn’t exist and they never believed that I bought the bags here in Austria, since they desperately needed someone to pay custom fees, after 4-5 calls everyday I had to go find email from two years ago to show them the proof of purchase. This way they could have illegally kept my bag for their personal use. Don’t use FedEx as long as this Bischof is the custom agents. They are THIEVES and DEVILS!!!!

After calling me 3 times asking the same information they still could not get to send me an email with the proper paper work to get my package delivered. Then when I called them back they didnt even find me in their system - Showing a complete lack of organization. The worst of all in my experience with this company, is that It seems they cant say the word "sorry" or apologize for anything. They just pretend nothing went wrong...bad for clients..run away from it if you can....
B	Babs Murphy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you'd like to surprise someone with a birthday gift that should arrive on time and without a hitch, this is NOT the service you should go with. The transit scan showed that the package had arrived in Vienna, but simply did not move from there. No contact, no attempt to deliver. Finally someone made contact with the recipient but things only went down hill from there. A receipt was needed, (this was supposed to be a present and a surprise!), they demanded to know the value (again the recipient had no idea) and even after everything was supplied the package never made it to its intended address but instead went back to the US. Every time the person in Vienna called, the phone wasn't answered, emails also weren't answered and when she finally managed to speak with someone she had to explain herself over and over again as nobody there had an idea what was going on. Talk about Faulty Towers in the form of a logistic company. Stay away !!! Minus 100 stars * !

I don't even know what it actually is they are doing... for sure it has nothing to do with the term "logistics" – it's everything but logic. i'm trying to communicate with them to make them deliver my package for 4 (FOUR!!!) weeks already - and still: NOTHING... srsly, stop whatever you call this and make place for someone actually understanding his job.
C	Christian M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They withheld my document parcel for 3 weeks at Vienna customs without a reason. I called them many times, nobody had a useful answer why it took them so long to look into the parcel to make sure it's just paper. Totally unacceptable.
J	Joppe Larsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They handle packages for fedex in Austria. Over the last 3 years, i've had so many problems with this customs agency. They consistently cause delays and waste my time. I wish Fedex did not use them. Other countries in EU with fedex do not have the same problem.
