★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besonders kundenfreundlicher Umgang: In meinem Fall Frau Lindner, die an einem Samstag Vormittag zwar persönlich nichts ausrichten konnte (wg Buchung über TicketGretchen und nur "EMail-Notdienst" am Wochenende von Culturall), aber es geschafft hat meine Befürchtung, dass der Kartenbetrag wg Unmöglichkeit eines Stornos verfällt zu zerstreuen!
Especially customer-friendly handling: In my case, Ms. Lindner, the on a Saturday morning, although nothing personally aligned could (wg booking TicketGrettchen and only "email emergency service" on the weekend of Culturall), but it managed my fear that the card amount wg Impossibility dissipate a cancellation expires!
