★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't have the money to go to the New Year concert there you can go on a tour and see the beauty of the halls inside for just 9 euros+ all the COVID formalities but it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience. The interior was splendid. The decoration and the art of the music hall itself require one visit. The Mozart concert was fabulous. The singers and the conductors mesmerized us all the time. It was two hours long but not for a moment I felt bored. Highly recommended during a visit to Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are plenty of sights in Vienna but few will treat your senses like the Golden Hall. The exterior architecture is nothing remotely as glamorous as the golden gilded innards. Grand and historical is merely a touch of what you will experience. Allow yourself to believe your in another century. The stage will be set with musicians adorned with wigs and mid seventeen century costumes.The carved craftsmanship creates comfort with gold softening the mood. Music lovers furnish the balconies and layers of seats. Time stops and the sonatas, cantatas arias and all that which embodies the opera submits you into sublime gratitude. Close your eyes and enable the acoustics to transport you from instrument to instrument.
It is no wonder why this hall is considered one of the top five in the world for acoustics.
