★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a child friendly hotel. We arrived to find no child bed and no water cooker in the room. Later in the restaurant there was no child chair prepared and we got a very bad table located right at the kitchen entry. Food was not tasty and selection was poor. The balcony at our room had damaged floor. Overall a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located next to the gondola lift which is great thing. The hotel has two large underground courts: a tennis ? court and playground. The swimming pool and sauna are a little bit old and not maintained. The food is okay, lunch however consists also of restovers of previous night. Service is good but could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful host and great activities for all family ages. The best part is the meal time. You can sit with your family in the same spot every day, it's set up for each kid at the appropriate age level and the food is good. It makes the stress of going out to dinner with young kids disappear. My only item would be the beds aren't terribly comfortable. The fact that it is right next to the Gondola for skiing is great for older kids and then a safe van service to take the young kids of the bunny slope... it's really ideal for the family.
