★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the hotel has completely ruined the small planned vacation. After buying the night tickets and having half a day ride to the destination, the hotel managers have told us, that not only should you buy a ticket, but also reserve a time slot at the spa, usually a week before that. Unfortunately, we have never been identified about this. The inability to find solutions and the passive aggressiveness of the staff doesn’t help customer experience at all. Very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place where you can relax and enjoy. The stay was ok but the highlight was definitely the hot water pools. It was very relaxing and wr really enjoyed it.
Food was a let down and the place is real expensive.
Overall highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful! ? It's like a dream, cosy, warm, modernly odd, architectural unique and people were nice.
I already have been so some Therme's in Austria, but this one is deserved on the 1. Place in the comparison lists!
Price: expensive! ? 1100,- for a weekend with steak, wine and some extras.
Worth it: totally! ?
Water: hot and slightly salty ?
For so many people it didn't seem crowded or full (only at breakfast you really saw how many people there were).
Sometimes a waiter or employee wasn't that friendly and nice, but all in all staff was helping, greeting and smiling at you.
Arrival/departure: by train. They pick u up at the train station (just ring the "doorbell" at the train station in bad blumau) and they'll come.
All in all: superb experience!!! ????♂️
