Ich hatte am Arbeitsweg plötzlich einen platten Reifen, das Geschäft war in der Nähe, ich bin einfach hingegangen, habe nett gefragt, und der Reifen konnte mir in 15 Minuten gewechselt werden! Wirklich ausgezeichnete Kundenbetreuung, die Mitarbeiter zeigten sich sehr bemüht! Ich war hier wirklich zufrieden! Sehr empfehlenswert! Auch hat das Geschäft ein großes Radsortiment! Weiter so! I can only agree with the positive reviews! I suddenly had a flat tire on the way to work, the shop was nearby, I just went there, asked nicely, and the tire could be changed in 15 minutes! Really excellent customer service, the staff tried very hard! I was really happy here! Highly recommended! The shop also has a large range of bikes! Keep it up!

Als kleines Beispiel: Mir ist meine Rechnung leider abhanden gekommen. Ich habe angerufen und innerhalb von 10 Minuten war das Problem gelöst. Gesagt - getan. Leider heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Man merkt, dass ihnen die Kunden wichtig sind! Kann ich also nur weiterempfehlen! First of all, very good and above all competent advice when buying. After-sale service was not only promised when purchasing, the word was kept. As a small example: I unfortunately lost my invoice. I called and within 10 minutes the problem was solved. Said and done. Unfortunately no longer a matter of course these days. You can tell that the customers are important to them! So I can only recommend it!

Wollte dem Mechaniker ein Trinkgeld dalassen, als er mir zwei lockere Schrauben festzog, bis ich erfuhr, dass ich für die weniger als fünf Minuten Arbeitszeit 10€ bezahlen durfte. Bezweifle stark, dass das Geld bei ihm ankommt. Probably very competent, but incredibly impatient with customers. Wanted to leave a tip for the mechanic when he tightened two loose screws for me until I found out that I was allowed to pay € 10 for the less than five minutes of working time. I strongly doubt that the money will get to him.

Man hatte hier sofort das Gefühl das es nicht nur ums Verkaufen ging, sondern einzig und allein um die Zufriedenheit des Kunden. Und vor allen hatte ich auch weniger bezahlt als bei einer großen Sportkette bei der ich bisher das Service machen ließ. Ich kann dieses Radgeschäft nur jedem empfehlen. I brought my e-bike to service here for the first time. Was very competent and well advised. You immediately had the feeling that it wasn't just about selling, but solely about customer satisfaction. And above all, I had paid less than at a large sports chain that I had previously had the service done. I can only recommend this bike shop to everyone.
