J	Jens Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst 1 Stern, dann aber doch 5, macht gesamt 4! Zur Erklärung: Nachdem ich mein Fully abholen wollte kam die erste Überraschung noch auf der Straße 10 Meter vom Laden entfernt. Die Impact Protection Unit wurde falsch montiert....Lenken nicht mehr möglich....Zurück gebracht, wurde behoben.Dann die nächsten kleine Überraschung: O-Ring des Dämpfers nicht mehr vorhanden, welcher zum einstellen des Dämpferdrucks benötigt wird. Auf weiteres reklamieren wurde dies nachgeholt und die Unannehmlichkeit entschuldigt. Am Abend dann zu Hause die nächste Überraschung, der Schaltzug wurde falsche verbaut so das beim Einschlagen des Lenkers "wie von Zauberhand" der Gang gewechselt wird... zudem wurde die Federgabel (wahrscheinlich beim Wechseln des Steuersatzes) massiv beschädigt und noch besser, ich wurde nicht einmal drauf hingewiesen sondern durfte dies selber zu Hause entdecken!!!!! Fachwerkstatt?! Fehlanzeige! Von getauschten Bremsbelägen, welche noch neuwertig waren fange ich lieber nicht an. UPDATE (5 Sterne): Alle Fehler wurden anstandslos behoben. Der Umgang mit der Kritik war vorbildlich! So soll es sein! Kommunikation ist eben wichtig und das hat dann am Ende doch sehr gut funktioniert! Komme wieder ;-) First 1 star, but then 5, makes a total of 4! For explanation: After I wanted to pick up my fully, the first surprise came on the street 10 meters from the shop. The Impact Protection Unit was mounted incorrectly .... Steering no longer possible .... Brought back, fixed. Then the next little surprise: O-ring of the damper no longer available, which is required to adjust the damper pressure. Upon further complaint, this was made up for and the inconvenience apologized. In the evening at home the next surprise, the shift cable was installed incorrectly so that when the handlebars are turned the gear is changed "as if by magic" ... in addition, the suspension fork (probably when changing the headset) was massively damaged and even better, me was not even pointed out, but was allowed to discover it for yourself at home !!!!! Specialist workshop ?! Nothing! I would rather not start with exchanged brake pads that were still as good as new. UPDATE (5 stars): All bugs were fixed without any problems. Dealing with the criticism was exemplary! That's how it should be! Communication is important and that worked out really well in the end! Come back ;-)
F	Florian Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes kleines Radgeschäft eher für Alltagsräder. Eine Kurbelreparatur wurde sehr gut ausgeführt und seither läuft das Trekkingrad wieder wie neu. Leider ist es schwierig am Geschäft das Rad zu parken, weil dort die Bimhaltestelle ist. Am besten am Radständer Palffygasse ein paar Meter vorher. Da die Beratung ausführlich ist, kann es vereinzelt zu Wartezeiten kommen, die man aber nicht bereuen muss. Nice little bike shop, more for everyday bikes. A crank repair was done very well and the trekking bike has been running like new since then. Unfortunately, it is difficult to park your bike at the shop because there is the pumble stop there. Ideally at the Palffygasse bike stand a few meters beforehand. Since the advice is extensive, there may occasionally be waiting times, but you don't have to regret it.

Und Reparaturen Top und bei mir ist die Hydraulik - Bremse für 20 Euro repariert worden! ?Wo anders hätte ich 70 Euro zahlen müssen, sind dort sehr Korrekt! Zum Weiter-Empfehlen. ? Very friendly and helpful! And repairs are great and the hydraulic brake has been repaired for 20 euros! ?Where else I would have had to pay 70 euros are very correct there! To recommend. ?

Nachdem Teile für das Fahrrad unseres Sohnes unvollständig geliefert wurden und ich das Fahrrad fertig montieren wollte, habe ich mir Hilfe im Pbike gesucht. Hier wurde 1 Stunde vor Ladenschluss geduldig improvisiert und montiert. Preis war mehr als ok! Danke für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe! Knight in shining armor! After parts for our son's bike were delivered incomplete and I wanted to finish assembling the bike, I looked for help in the Pbike. Here, 1 hour before the shop closes, patient improvisation and assembly took place. Price was more than ok! Thanks for the quick and easy help!
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte gestern einen Termin fürs Erstservice. Nach schneller und guter Beratung habe ich mich für andere Reifen entschieden und diese wurden gleich getauscht. Bis jetzt bin ich mit dir Auswahl welche mir empfohlen wurde äußerst zufrieden. Und natürlich fiel mir nichts negatives nach dem Service am Rad auf. Alle Kollegen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann diesen Shop nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Had an appointment yesterday for the first service. After quick and good advice, I decided on other tires and these were immediately swapped. So far I am extremely satisfied with the selection you have recommended to me. And of course I didn't notice anything negative after servicing the bike. All colleagues are very friendly and courteous. Can only recommend this shop and would love to come back.
