★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tip top. Habe zwar "nur" ein Schloss gekauft, aber wenn die Betreuung beim Kauf / Service eins Rad auch nur annähernd so kompetent ist, Hut ab - jederzeit gern wieder!
great. I "only" bought a lock, but if the support during the purchase / service of a bike is anywhere near as competent, hats off - gladly again at any time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was urgent to fix my bike. I visited Cycloholics personally based on recommendation of one bike seller in our neighborhood. They said, they will try to check the availability of the spare parts for my bike and let me know. One week i didnt get any info. So i called there. Allegedly, they are waiting for a feedback from a distributor, they will call me, when they get more info. Two weeks later i am calling them again. I am asked to provide them again the type of the derailleur i have, so they can check its availability again (although this was supposed to be done 3 weeks before). I am told, they will call me later that day, or the next day. Since then passed another month and i didnt get any feedback.
I have regrettably nothing positive to say.
They didnt even let me honestly know about the status. I would also respectfully accept a simple statement, that the spare parts are not available.
Just wasted my time, if i knew i would go somewhere else.
