★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin etwas zweigeteilt. Einerseits erhältst du gute Beratung auf ehrlichem Niveau, an einem anderen Tag gibt man dir das Gefühl ein ungebetener/überflüssiger Kunde zu sein.
Wenn ich nicht willkommen bin, es gibt genügend Alternativen. Schade drum.
 I'm split in two slightly. On the one hand you get good advice on honest level, on another day it makes you feel an uninvited / unnecessary customer to be.
If I'm not welcome, there are plenty of alternatives. Too bad.

Vielen Dank nie wieder so einen Service!
Tube changed, duration 1 week. After that bike damaged. Insulting statements of the owner that it has already been submitted.
Thank you again never such a service!

A small business, as if time stood still and still everything is available, good service, competent advice, good products, everything a two-wheeler customer needs and the boss and daughter are on site, an advantage when it comes to bikes.
