Fahrrad nach 3 Wochen zurück bekommen - Gangschaltung war mehr kaputt als vorher. Tipp: Tut eurem Rad einen Gefallen und bringt es zu einem Profi. I made the mistake and wanted to have the gearbox repaired. Absolutely incompetent staff. Got bike back after 3 weeks - gear shift was more broken than before. Tip: Do your bike a favor and bring it to a pro.

Weil er noch 20euro draufschlägt, Rad ist nicht fahrtauglich, Bremsen und Gänge müssen erst eingestellt werden. Das hat er so aber nicht in der Anzeige geschrieben, im Gegenteil. komplett unseriös mit Preisen locken und dann doch noch Preisaufschlag für dies und das verlangen. Schlechtes marketing. Verärgert nur die Kunden die sich extra die Zeit nehmen und hinfahren. He went there especially because he didn't answer. Advertisement in willhaben 169Eur. then suddenly 199 euros in the shop. Why? Because it adds 20 euros, the bike is not roadworthy, the brakes and gears have to be adjusted first. He didn't write that in the ad, on the contrary. completely dubious lure with prices and then still demand a surcharge for this and that. Bad marketing. Only annoyed the customers who take the extra time to go there.
A	Aktion Regen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich habe heute dort ein Jugendfahrrad (26 Zoll, organge) gekauft und 29€ für die Montage bezahlt! Nun musste ich noch einmal in ein Fahrradgeschäft gehen weil 1. der Reifen vorne keine Luft hatte 2. die hintere Bremse nicht fest angezogen war 3. der hintere Reifen locker war, sodass mein Sohn fast gestürtzt ist! Es ist NICHT OK, dass 29€ für eine Montage berechnet werden, die gar nicht gemacht wurde!!! I bought a youth bike (26 inch, orange) there today and paid 29 € for the assembly! Now I had to go to a bike shop again because 1. The front tire was out of air 2. the rear brake was not firmly applied 3. the rear tire was loose so that my son almost fell! It is NOT OK to be charged 29 € for an assembly that was not done at all !!!

Ich wollte ein Rad kaufen und wurde zum einen schlecht bis gar nicht beraten und zum anderen dann auch noch angelogen. "Trinx, eine tolle neue italienische Marke" --> war teuer und in Echt nur billiger Schrott. Die Komponenten haben gleich gerostet, sind gebrochen oder waren zum Austauschen. Beim zweiten Mal habe ich einen Schlauch wechseln lassen. 30€ wurden verlangt und 1 Tag später hatte ich wieder einen Platten. Ich bin zu einem anderen Radgeschäft gegangen und mir wurde gesagt, dass das ga ze Rad Schrott ist und den Preis nicht Wert war und dass der Schlauch das Billigste vom Billigen ist und kein Wunder, dass der gleich wieder einen Riss hatte! They asked for 30€ and 1 day later I had another flat tire. I went to another bike shop and was told that the whole bike is junk and wasn't worth the price and that the tube is the cheapest of the cheap and no wonder it ruptured right away!
