Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to help, explain, find solutions and do what you ask them to do. I used them for 5 years while living in Vienna. Now that I moved to the UK I have not yet found any cycle shop getting close to their service.

J	James C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous. Never experienced staff which was that arrogant, cocky and dismissive in any shop before. Judging from the accent this hole in the wall seems to be run by Eastern Germans, not locals. They seem to think they are great experts, customers are a nuisance to be ignored or berated, and any service rendered is a grace you have to be grateful for. In stark contrast to this diva behaviour is the store itself, an unclean, crammed place full of overpriced bikes in the basement of a parking lot between the highway and the Donau channel. Shops like these make you thankful that there is online shopping.
S	Sio Fok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with the personal in the shop. 4 folks were working in the shop and 2 customers were served already when me and 2 another guys were arriving and waiting to be served. The 2 folks behind me left after 10 minutes waiting and I left also after 15 minutes waiting. One of the person working there and talking to a customer wasn’t wearing mask at all (despite the currently valid epidemic regulation). Including me 3 potential customers left within 15 minutes just because we were paid any attention at all. Seeing the rather positive reviews probably they just had a bad day at the shop, the shop does look nice they have nice bikes and equipments, could be a cool bike shop...
