Very friendly shopkeeper. Free air for my racing bike that it desperately needed. So nothing stands in the way of the bike tour. We recommend!

Wirklich sehr freundlich und kompetent - nochmals ein großes Dankeschön :) Werde bei Fragen zum Thema Fahrrad sicher gerne wieder kommen. Positively surprised! Was there today for a spare part - couldn't name it, but the owner immediately knew what it was about. Really very friendly and competent - again a big thank you :) I will definitely be happy to come back if you have any questions about bikes.

O	Oliver Sallmannshofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen E Scooter gekauft mit 1 Jahr Garantie. Der Roller war im Angebot und auch nur Leihenhaft zusammengebaut. (Lenker schief, falsche Schrauben). Habe ihn zur Reparatur bebracht da sich der Akku nicht mehr Laden ließ. Und er meinte es ist ein Wasserschaden und da greift die Garantie nicht!! Der Roller war 5 Monate alt. Eine absolute Sauerei. ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN WENN IHR EUER GELD NICHT ZUM FENSTER RAUS WERFEN WOLLT!!! Bought an e scooter with a 1 year warranty. The scooter was on offer and only assembled on loan. (Handlebars crooked, wrong screws). I brought it in for repairs because the battery wouldn't charge anymore. And he said it's water damage and the guarantee doesn't apply! The scooter was 5 months old. An absolute mess. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU DON'T WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!!!

O	Omar Khattab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional and a bit expensive I wanted to buy a new spoke for my bike wheel instead of the broken one, he gave me the wrong size in the first time, in the second time, i gave him the broken spoke to have the exact measure but he also gave me the wrong size which didn't work at the end. Plus, he wanted 20 euros if he's gonna replace it by himself but i can get the tools required from Amazon for 16 euros only and keep it with me for further maintenance. I don't recommend this shop if you have critical issue in your bike.
