Unbelievable, and with a drug that is urgently needed, I've only had negative experiences there so far
E	Ekaterina Paerschke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Apotheke ist gut, Mann muss aber fast immer mit 5-15 Minuten Wartezeit rechnen. Also vielleicht lohnt es sich bis zur eine andere Apotheke zu laufen. The pharmacy is good, but you almost always have to expect a 5-15 minute wait. So maybe it's worth walking to another pharmacy.
M	Markus Kastner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Plastiktrennwände sind so hoch eingebaut und die Schlitze durch die die Medikamente ausgegeben werden und die Kommunikation mit dem Apotheker passiert ist so klein das man sich weit runterbücken muss. Derzeit wird die Fassade erneuert, innen drinnen ist die Apotheke aber hell und ist mit 5 Kassen reichlich besetzt The plastic partitions are built so high and the slots through which the drugs are dispensed and the communication with the pharmacist is so small that you have to bend down far. The facade is currently being renewed, but inside the pharmacy is bright and has 5 tills

Die ältere Dame mit kurzen Haaren (Chefin?!) sollte man direkt kündigen. So einen Hass auf Menschen kann man gar nicht haben um sie so sche*ße zu bedienen. Not to be surpassed in rudeness! Incompetent, rude, disrespectful and derogatory. The older lady with short hair (boss ?!) should be dismissed immediately. You can't have such a hatred of people to serve them so badly.
J	Jörg Mühlhans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit mehreren Jahren ist dies meine Hauptapotheke (weil am Arbeits-/Heimweg liegend) und entgegen vieler Kommentare war das Personal zu mir immer sehr höflich und freundlich - sowohl bei Telefonauskünften als auch im direkten Kundenkontakt. "Wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so kommt es heraus". Ich habe dort auch etliche Covid-Testungen gemacht, was immer sehr vorsichtig gemacht wurde und auch schnell ging. This has been my main pharmacy for several years (because it's on the way to work and home) and, contrary to many comments, the staff has always been very polite and friendly to me - both when providing information on the phone and in direct customer contact. "As you call into the forest, so it comes out". I also did a number of Covid tests there, which were always done very carefully and also went quickly.
