★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich und sehr inkompetent. Wurde mit akutem Bedarf rüde abgewiesen, weil mein Rezept kein Rezept wäre. Habe das Medikament in der sehr freundlichen Nachbarapotheke und jeder Apotheke Europas mit diesem Rezept bekommen. Mein Arzt hat mir bestätigt, dass das eine Fehlinformation war. .-( Eigentlich 0 Sterne.
Very rude and very incompetent. Was rudely rejected with acute need because my prescription was not a prescription. Got the drug in the very friendly neighboring pharmacy and every pharmacy in Europe with this prescription. My doctor confirmed that this was misinformation. .- (Actually 0 stars.

ALL people working there, employer plus every employee... are... competent, friendly and polite listeners, always helpful, empathic, compassionate, aesthetically sensible, always searching for the best possible solution/treatment for any client applying for advice/help... at this - really special - pharmacy !!!... I simply know of no better pharmacy in all of Austria !!!!! ULTIMATELY RECOMMENDED...!

Asked for a cream for reducing hematoma/effusion, I got once prescribed for a swollen limb. They gave an anti-inflammatory instead, and when I went back to complain: they insisted on it and even referred to their non-return policy.
Turns out, in reality the required creams contain Heparin, not an anti-inflammatory.
