J	Julius Richter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unzumutbar.... wollte meinen BZ wert messen lassen, 4 mal in verschiedene Finger gestochen, immer in der Tabelle geblättert was welcher Wert eigentlich bedeutet und keine Ahnung von nichts gehabt. 0 Sterne aber das geht ja nicht Absolutely unreasonable .... wanted to measure my BZ value, 4 times in different fingers stung, always scrolled through the table what value actually meant and had no idea of anything. 0 stars but that is not possible
W	Walter Dreischütz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin zwar Stammkunde in der Elefantenapotheke, wenn ich aber gerade in der Nähe der Josefinenapotheke in der Sechsschimmelgasse bin, gehe ich gerne in diese Apotheke. Den ersten Eindruck, den man hat, ist vor allem die Fachkompetenz der Pharmazeuten und eine Beratung in dieser Apotheke ist wirklich nicht schlecht. Dabei sind die Angestellten auch sehr menschlich. Sie wissen, dass ich manchmal Migräneanfälle habe und geben mir dann das Medikament zunächst ohne Rezept, verweisen aber ausdrücklich darauf, dass ich dieses nachbringen muß und mache ich das auch, denn es geht dort schon sehr korrekt zu. Der Eigentümer der Josefinen - Apotheke hat nun auch die Elefantenapotheke erworben und es ist erstaunlich, mit welcher Begeisterung und welchem Fachwissen der Junior - Chef die Kunden berät. I am a regular customer at the elephant pharmacy, but when I am near the Josefinen pharmacy in Sechsschimmelgasse, I like to go to this pharmacy. The first impression you get is above all the professionalism of the pharmacists and advice in this pharmacy is really not bad. The employees are also very human. They know that I sometimes have migraines and then give me the medication without a prescription, but expressly point out that I have to take it and I do it because it is very correct there. The owner of the Josefinen pharmacy has now also acquired the elephant pharmacy and it is astonishing with what enthusiasm and expertise the junior boss advises customers.

Meiner Mutter, die neu in der Gegend war (also nicht etwa jahrelange Kundin) wurde, ohne nachzudenken, das Medikament rasch nach Hause vorbei gebracht, und es war nicht um eine, sondern um ca. 6 Ecken. Schwer ok, Team und Chef. Vor Weihnachten standen gratis Tee und Weihnachtskekse bereit. Es gibt ein Tischchen mit Sitzgelegenheit, falls man etwas durchlesen möchte. Beratung war auch immer genau richtig, wenn es etwas gab. Very helpful! My mother, who was new to the area (not a customer for many years), was quickly brought home without thinking about the drug, and it was not around one, but around six corners. Difficult ok, team and boss. Before Christmas, free tea and Christmas cookies were available. There is a small table with seating in case you want to read something. Advice was always just right whenever there was something.

L	L.A. Diaz-O St. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kundenorientierte und liebe Apotheke. Allerdings manchmal, vor allem seit sie die Postfiliale dort haben, etwas überfordert. Da steht eine längere Schlange vor der Tür auf der Straße, eine einzige Kraft bedient drinnen, 4 andere Mitarbeiter gehen nur immer wieder durchs Bild und die einzige Bedienende berät 15 Minuten eine einzige Kundin, während die Schlange wartet. Auch die andere bei der Postabwicklung schläft generell auch sonst immer fast ein beim abwickeln, dann sind auch Dinge nicht abgefüllt, das kann man aber nicht schnell bewerkstelligen, es abzufüllen, obwohl man sich 15 Min. angestellt hat, aber mit den Kunden plaudern geht schon, wenn eine Schlange wartet. Also insgesamt eine sehr sehr liebe Apotheke, sagen wir mal so: manchmal etwas ZU gemütlich ;) .. man muss halt ins Büro zurück etc, und möchte nicht eine halbe Stunde dort verbringen :) Very customer-oriented and love pharmacy. However, sometimes, especially since they opened the post office there, they were a bit overwhelmed. There is a long queue in front of the door on the street, only one person is serving inside, 4 other employees just keep walking through the picture and the only operator advises one customer for 15 minutes while the queue waits. The other person handling the mail usually almost falls asleep while processing, then things are not filled, but you can't do that quickly, filling it up, although you have been in line for 15 minutes, but chatting with the customers is already possible when a queue is waiting. So all in all a very, very nice pharmacy, let's put it this way: sometimes a bit TOO cozy;) .. you just have to go back to the office etc, and don't want to spend half an hour there :)
m	manina müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut sortierte und große Apotheke! Die Beratung ist auch sehr gut. Aufgrund von corona dürfen nicht so viele in die Apotheke wie es Schalter gibt, das ist ja hoffentlich irgendwann wieder anders. Es gibt aktuell 3 Apotheken und 1 Post Schalter. Oft steht eine Schlange vor der Türe und die meisten wollen zur Apotheke. Ich frag dann immer kurz nach und oft löst sich die Schlange dann schneller auf. Man kann natürlich keinen einweiser vor der Türe verlangen. Aber Kunden könnten sich ja auch unterhalten!! Well stocked and large pharmacy! The advice is also very good. Due to corona, not as many are allowed to go to the pharmacy as there are counters, hopefully that will be different at some point. There are currently 3 pharmacies and 1 post office counter. There is often a line in front of the door and most people want to go to the pharmacy. I then always ask briefly and the line often dissolves more quickly. Of course you can't ask for a guide in front of the door. But customers could talk too!!

Dadurch können manchmal längere Wartezeiten entstehen, aber Beratung ist eben eine Kernkompetenz der Apotheke, und wenn wir uns dafür nicht mehr die Zeit nehmen, dann fehlt aus meiner Sicht eine wesentliche Qualität unserer Tätigkeit. Und auch bei der Post gilt es manches zu beachten, damit von unserer Seite alles getan ist, damit Sendungen auch ankommen. We always try very hard to deal with all of our customers' concerns, both at the pharmacy and at the post office. This can sometimes lead to longer waiting times, but advice is a core competence of the pharmacy, and if we no longer take the time for it, then I believe that an essential quality of our work is missing. And there are also a number of things to consider at the post office so that everything is done on our part to ensure that the shipments arrive.
