Wurde gestern Zeuge davon, wie ein aufgebrachter Herr verbal-aggressiv eine Angestellte belästigte, weil er sich für einen AntigenTest vorher elektronisch bzw per Tel anmelden hätte müssen und nun nicht spontan getestet wurde. Trotz dessen, dass sie ihn freundlich-neutral um Verständnis bzgl dieses allgemeingültigen Prozederes bat, verließ er wutschnaubend das Geschäftslokal. Dieser Vorfall brachte mich auf die Idee, meine Wahrheit dazustellen: Leute, seid freundlich. Die Apo-Teams haben gerade mehr Stress als je zuvor und geben jeweils ihr Bestes. Das Schutzengel Team sowieso immer aus meiner Sicht- und ich finde, dass auch der Testablauf besonders gut gelingt. Der testende junge Mann ist sowieso ein Held. Immer gut gelaunt trotz Maske, Brille, Schutzanzug. Top! I have been a regular at the Guardian Angel Pharmacy for years and have always received good and friendly advice. Witnessed yesterday how an angry gentleman verbally and aggressively harassed an employee because he had to register for an antigen test electronically or by phone and was not tested spontaneously. Despite the fact that she asked him in a friendly and neutral way for understanding regarding this general procedure, he left the shop in a furious manner. This incident gave me the idea to explain my truth: people, be kind. The apo teams are currently more stressed than ever and are each doing their best. The Guardian Angel Team is always from my point of view anyway - and I think that the test procedure works particularly well. The testing young man is a hero anyway. Always in a good mood despite the mask, glasses, protective suit. Top!

Höfliche, zuvorkommende und wissende Mitarbeiter , die auch eine Notfallsituation für den Kunden meistern. Ich danke diesem Team und wünsche alles Gute. So nach dem Motto, man soll den Arzt wechseln oder fragen aus welchem Grund man gewisse Medikamente nimmt und das obwohl ich immer einen Rezept vom Arzt dabei habe. Schreklich. The employees do not wear masks, are unfriendly and give unsolicited advice. Auf Nachfrage bei den MitarbeiterInnen ob man das nicht untersagen möchte, zuckt man mit den Schultern und sagt manche Kunden machen es eben so. Unhygienisch unverantwortlich. Although there is a big sign outside saying dogs are not allowed, customers take their dog inside. Who barks loudly and is dirty inside. When the employees asked if they didn't want to prohibit this, they shrugged their shoulders and said some customers do it that way. Unhygienic irresponsible.
