In meiner näheren Wohnumgebung finden sich mehrere Apotheken, trotzdem spaziere ich gerne die mehr als 2 Kilometer bis zur Cottage Apotheke. Schon das (überraschende) Gekicher am Eingang ist ansteckend. Wie auch die Fröhlichkeit der Apothekerinnen, die ihre Arbeit ganz offensichtlich mit Freude angehen und sich für jede/n Kundin/en Zeit nehmen. Die Beratung ist erstklassig und gelächelt wird auch mit Maske. Und schon gehe ich beschwingter weg als ich ankam. Competence can also be found in other pharmacies, but the friendliness of the staff here is something special! There are several pharmacies in the vicinity of my home, but I still like to walk the more than 2 kilometers to the Cottage pharmacy. Even the (surprising) giggles at the entrance are contagious. Just like the cheerfulness of the pharmacists, who obviously enjoy their work and take time for each customer. The advice is first class and smiles even with a mask. And already I go away more lively than I arrived.
