Haben für Moosburg Gigi D'Agostino Tickets gekauft. Irgendwann gab es eine E-Mail, dass wir die Tickets für das ausgefallene Event in Gutscheine umtauschen MÜSSEN. OK - Good luck für Eventim - Bad luck für uns.
VOR ALLEM, da wir für die Anforderung des Gutscheins eine Wischi Waschi Info per E-Mail bekommen haben die uns nicht zum Ziel geführt hat. Rückfragen per E-Mail werden nicht beantwortet.
So ein schlechter Umgang mit Kunden passt einfach zu so einer Firma (meine Meinung).
Solution was made possible - but was tough 1-> 3 stars
Bought Gigi D'Agostino tickets for Moosburg. At some point there was an email that we HAVE to exchange the tickets for the canceled event for vouchers. OK - Good luck for Eventim - Bad luck for us.
ESPECIALLY, because we received a Wischi Waschi email for the request for the voucher, which did not lead us to our goal. Questions by email will not be answered.
Such a bad way of dealing with customers is just right for such a company (my opinion).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two tickets for a concert in Berlin. They suggested I pay extra for insurance in case the concert gets cancelled, so I can get my money back no questions asked. The concert got cancelled of course, so I request my money back and now they say it will take up to three weeks to get my money back. Unbelievable.
