For Volksoper, go directly to their website, not Vienna Classic! The tickets are much more expensive from Vienna Classic. I paid 80 for a ticket worth 63. Also, you don't get the opportunity to choose your preferred seats. They choose for you. (In my case, they did not give me the best available at that moment.) I had an unexpected personal problem with the date and, nobody answered the phone. By e-mail, they had not responded after 2 days. I had to go in person. One good thing, staff is friendly in person, but sorry, this service is abusive.

I ordered 4 tickets to see some Mahler in June. I received an email offering a refund due to Covid to which I responded with my bank details. Two months later, I was asked for an IBAN code (I am not familiar with these but obtained one from my bank and responded). Since then, I have still not received any communication (despite multiple emails) nor a refund. This is not a reputable firm.

the Locaton is absolutely marvellous. it was unchaotic, and the Service was friendly. Only the Cafeteria was a bit hard to find and pretty full. It would have been lovely to have a little food and wine stand in the Ground level, because there is much more space.

I think you should be carefull with this place. I tried to buy tickets for Mozart and straus concert at kursalon that was about to begin in that same day at 6pm. I was told that i should not buy tickets from street vendors as they charge extra. Their website was amongst first ones when i googled tickets and bought e-ticket from their website. Money got transfered instantly. I have used to get e-tickets straight away after buying them but i got only confusing and not very informative email from them saying that my ticket is being prepared in 3 working days! - what? The concert is today! It also said that "usualy before 3 hours it will be confirmed If it is before 3 days" So I decided to go to for their reception to ask my tickets. It was not promising as the building was in renowaiting state. Had to go trough some dirty stairs. For my suprising they had an office there and door open. Only one employee for dealing everything as it seemed. She was somewhat helpful but not realy informative. I asked for tickets and she only said that the ticket obtaining has been transfered to somebody. Okay? So i needed to ask again that when does it usualy take place and got timeline that "usualy 3 hours before consert starting". So i had some time and decided to roam around the city while waiting for tickets. Little past 3pm i got new confusing email stating that e-ticket is not possible and i can collect ticket one hour before concert from the concert place. (??? Why you sell e-tickets If you know it is not possible to obtain.) I went to the reception again for asking my tickets. She said to go for the concert place to pick up ticket one hour before. I asked is it possible to get them before and she called the place and it was ok. So i got the tickets with numbers on email At concert place two hours before starting time. Now for all the stress and worry and still not getting e-tickets even when they sell them. And having to go anyway at the event place for tickets. I would not recommend this place. Just go straight where the concert is taking place and buy your ticket there. It is more secure, confirmed and might also be cheaper.

Warning. I´ve paid for an electronic gift voucher as a birthday gift. 10 days and I have no money, no voucher......nobody answer on my emails , nobody pick up phone.......no communication

Faust was amazing. We came from Ukraine just for the show and we were not disappointed. And thanks for the cafeteria staff for drinks pre-ordering option.

Booked two events. It was a little heavy for the first, but paid off for the second. Unfortunately, one event was cancelled, the funds were reimbursed but even better, we knew not to go! Thank you

Scandal ! walk away from this site ! I ordered 2 tickets for a classical concert in Vienna, believing this site was an official ticket reservation site... Vervy bad bad surprise indeed. you do not receive your tickets, there is NO cancellation possibiliy (not legal in the EU) and on top of this their phone number, no one picks up the phone. A total shame
