La oficina de la ópera está en el propio edificio de la opera, no os fiéis de otras indicaciones.
Scammers, they have resold us € 12 tickets for € 36, we were lost looking for the opera ticket office and they redirected us to this place.
The opera office is in the opera building itself, don't trust other indications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell you a 15€ ticket for 50€. Basically they buy every 15€ ticket and sell it for 4 times its value. Also, check the seats on your ticket before you buy it! :)

He was great to work with- he went above and beyond. The concert was amazing! We enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely book with Premium Events in the future, any chance we get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I live in the US and we purchased tickets from this company for the Vienna New Year's Eve Philharmonic Concert, for our parents to attend. I reached out to them, via email, in an attempt to verify the validity of the tickets and I did not hear back from them for several weeks. This of course, made me quite nervous as we paid over $3,000 USD+ for the tickets. However, after two email attempts and one phone call over the course of a month, they did return my email. This initial lack of communication is why I'm giving them 4 not 5 stars.
However, from this initial point of contact on, they were very communicative and helpful over-the-phone and via email. They even went as far as dropping off the tickets for my parents at their hotel (which was not one of their usual hotel drop off locations) several days before the event. My parents received the tickets and attended the event- hence, finally, confirming their validity.
Given how INCREDIBLY difficult it is to obtain these tickets (usually one receives them via a world-wide lottery) and the fact that they were eventually communicative, friendly and very helpful...I would definitely recommend this company for your ticket purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only buy tickets there when you desperately want to go to a concert/opera and the official tickets are sold out. Premium events are buying several tickets for events in advance to resell them on the day of the event for a much higher price. In our case the opera was sold out , so we bought tickets for 40€ p.p.instead of officially 14€. If you're okay with that than go ahead.
