Hab mich ab dem ersten Tag rundum wohl gefühlt- das Zimmer ist gemütlich und bietet viel Stauraum in gut aufgeteilten Möbeln, Waschküche und Küche sind immer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Heimleitung als auch das Reinigungspersonal sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage verfügt über gute Infrastruktur (nahe am Linzer Hauptbahnhof) und nah gelegene Versorgungsbereiche wie Supermärkte, usw. Der Botanische Garten und die grüne Umgebung am Froschberg machen diese Gegend für mich zu einer der schönsten in Linz (direkt neben dem Heim befindet sich auch ein Park). Ebenso gut hat mir der geräumige Balkon mit Blick auf Linz gefallen. Die netten Bewohner_innen des Heims haben besonders zu meiner erinnerungswerten schönen Zeit im Europahaus beigetragen. Can really recommend the home! From the first day I felt completely at ease - the room is cozy and offers plenty of storage space in well-divided furniture, the laundry room and kitchen are always clean and well equipped. The home management as well as the cleaning staff are very friendly and courteous. The location has a good infrastructure (close to Linz main train station) and nearby supply areas such as supermarkets, etc. The botanical garden and the green surroundings on Froschberg make this area one of the most beautiful in Linz for me (there is also a Park). I also liked the spacious balcony Glance at Linz. The nice residents of the home have especially contributed to my wonderful time in the Europahaus, which is well worth remembering.

R	Reem Hourieh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived there for almost 2.5 years. The location is really good with reachable public transportation at almost every time. It's surrounded by many parks and it's calm most of the times. The single rooms are small but simple and enough for 1 person. The price was about 300+ for a single room with a private bathroom but a shared kitchen. My room was cool in summer and warm in winter. The cleaning lady there was not the friendliest person ever but you get used to that and the kitchen can get broken for days or even weeks without any help. At one point there was a vacuum cleaner that disappeared for few months. Lights got broken in the kitchen and fixed next month. The biggest disadvantage here though was the distance to JKU university (about 40 minutes) which is really frustrating after a while but if you want a central location this is a good place to start.

Centrally located within 5 min walk to central station , supermarkets , around 20 min walk to city centre and 15 min by tram to biggest mall of Linz ( Plus city ) . Management and staff is extremely helpful specially Veronika has been such a kind soul , always a call or email away and trying her best to resolve the issues in shortest possible time . You will never regret living in this amazing place ?
