M	Manuel Schlager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anrufe aus heiterem Himmel, mehrmals täglich, spricht nur gebrochenes Deutsch, möchte mir weismachen, dass ich ab nächsten Monat viiiel weniger für meine Energie bezahle!? Kann mir nichtmal sagen, was die Kilowattstunde an Strom überhaupt kostet bei ihnen. Absolut unseriös! Der Anrufer hat keine Ahnung von Energie bzw. von was er überhaupt spricht! Nicht empfehlenswert meiner Meinung nach. Dann doch lieber bei EnergieAG, Verbund oder ähnlichen bleiben! Calls out of the blue, several times a day, only speaks broken German, would like to make me believe that from next month I will pay much less for my energy !? Can't even tell me what the kilowatt hour of electricity costs for them. Absolutely dubious! The caller has no idea about energy or what he is talking about! Not recommended in my opinion. Then you'd better stay with EnergieAG, Verbund or similar!
B	Bianca K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega unseriöser Anruf, konnte kaum Deutsch, wusste aber alle meine Daten und als ich gesagt habe, dass ich nichts am Telefon machen will, und er mir eine E-Mail schreiben soll, hat er sich immer rausreden wollen. Als ich zum vierten Mal dann gesagt habe, dass ich keine Informationen am Telefon hergebe und dabei schon lauter wurde, hat er gesagt "dann nicht. Frau XY, auf Wiedersehen" und hat aufgelegt. Mega dubious call could hardly German, but knew all my data and I said when I realized that I will not do anything on the phone, and he shall send me an e-mail, he always want to make excuses. Anrufe aus heiterem Himmel, gesprochen wird nur sehr schlechtes Deutsch und die vorhandenen Daten sing mangelhaft und nur halb richtig. Man bekommt dann irgendwelche Vertragsdaten vorgelesen, ohne Chance irgendetwas zu verstehen, und man soll anschließend alles bestätigen und direkt telefonisch einen Vertrag abschließen. Als ich an dieser Stelle deutlich "nein, ich werde telefonisch keinen Vertrag abschließen" sagte und die bitte äußerte das mir die Daten via Post zugesendet werden sollen, wurde ich nur auf die Homepage verwiesen und wie toll die Bewertungen sind.... I can only confirm any bad rating. Calls out of the blue, spoken only very bad German and the existing data sing poor and only half correct. You get then read out any contract data, without chance to understand anything, and then you should confirm everything and directly contract by phone. As I clearly stated at this point "no, I will not conclude a contract by phone" and said please that the data should be sent to me via mail, I was only referred to the homepage and how great the reviews are ....

Locken mit einem günstigeren Tarif (45€) und verschweigen einen aber das man 37,50€ extra jedes Monat an die Wiener Netze zahlen muss! Ich Zahl jetzt im Grunde mehr als vorher und das nur weil sie das einem verschweigen, sonst hätte ich nie gewechselt! An absolute cheek the whole !! Lure with a cheaper tariff (45 €) and hide the fact that you have to pay 37.50 € extra every month to Wiener Netze! Basically, I pay more now than before and only because they keep it from you, otherwise I would never have changed!
k	ka pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINGER WEG!!!! Unseriös, aufdringlich, echt schon betrügerisch!!! Die Dame mit französischem Akzent und schlechtem Deutsch wußte alle meine Daten (Name, Wohnort, Geb., sogar meine Bankdaten!) und schwatze mir einen (ach so tollen, mit Biostrom, etc) envitra-Vertrag auf. Um den Vertrag zu kündigen, sagte mir diese Frau, ich brauche nur kurz anrufen oder eine Mail schreiben und damit sei die Sache erledigt! Denkste! Wenn man die Nummer per Rückruf wählt, kommt die Meldung "Diese Nummer ist nicht vergeben" Wenn man die Kundennummer der Homepage (natürlich kostenpflichtig) wählt, wird man mit Ausreden abgespeist. Auf die Kündigung per Mail wurde nach 4 Tagen noch immer nicht reagiert. Nach einem erneuten, sehr verärgerten Anruf meinerseits, hatte die Dame am anderen Ende etliche Ausreden und Hinhaltemethoden parat, aber kündigen war wieder nicht möglich. Sie erklärte mir auch (auf meine Frage hin, warum sie alle meine Daten schon vorab wußten), wahrscheinlich habe ich mal bei einem Gewinnspiel online mitgemacht und dabei habe ich mein OK gegeben, das sie meine Daten weiter gegeben dürfen. Ich mache NIE mit bei onlinespiele und schon gar nicht wenn ich meine Bankdaten hergeben soll!!!!!! Das klingt für mich schon nach Datenmafia!!!! HANDS OFF!!!! Unserious, intrusive, really deceitful !!! The lady with a French accent and bad German knew all my data (name, place of residence, Geb., even my bank details!) And I chat to me (oh so great, with Biostrom, etc) envitra contract. To terminate the contract, said this woman, I just need to call or write a short letter and that's the job done! No way! If one chooses the number by callback, comes the message "this number is not assigned" If one chooses the customer number of the homepage (naturally liable to pay), one is fed with excuses. The termination by mail was still not responding after 4 days. After a renewed, very angry call on my part, the lady at the other end had several excuses and halting methods at hand, but it was not possible to resign. She also explained to me (in response to my question, why they knew all my data in advance), probably I have participated in a raffle online and I have given my OK that they may pass my data. I NEVER do it with online games and certainly not if I am to give my bank details !!!!!! That sounds like a data mafia for me !!!!

Anrufe werden blockiert, mit unterdrückte Nummer kommt man aber durch ? bei der Abrechnung wochenlang aufs Geld gewartet. FINGER WEG Not even worth a star. When the contract is concluded, it is not mentioned that the use of the network is billed separately, i.e. more expensive in the end. Calls are blocked, but with a suppressed number you get through ? waiting for money for weeks during billing. HANDS OFF

Guter Tipp : wählt #31#dann die normale Nummer, so kommt man wenigstens in die Vermittlung. Dieser hat gesagt,dass er das zum 1.mal hört, dass eine Nummer abgewiesen wurde. LÜGE,passiert oft lt. Bewertungen hier! Wurde drei mal nach der Vermittlung aus der Leitung geworfen! Vermittlung sagte,im Moment sind die Kollegen ALLE nicht in ihren Büro's! Um 11 Uhr? Bleibe ENERGIE Klagenfurt treu, nette, sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter, Kundenservice 1A ! War in einer finanziellen Notlage, Corona hat mir meinen Vollzeitjob gekostet, die Dame war sehr verständnisvoll,sehr menschlich! Danke dafür!!!!!! Stangl A. C	Christopher Janda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich warte seit November auf mein Guthaben von über 200€ nachdem Envitra bei unserer Gegend die Gaslieferung eingestellt hat. Kein Muh kein Mäh auf eMails, bei Anruf wird man vertröstet mit Rückrufen die niemals kommen. Auch eine lustige Anekdote: Anscheinend war bei der Anmeldung unseres Stromzählers damals ein Zahlendreher drinnen. Envitra war das aber herzlich egal und haben abgerechnet ohne angemeldeten Zähler. Im nächsten Jahr dann nicht mal eine Abrechnung bekommen. Daraufhin mal ein wenig nachgeforscht und draufgekommen, dass Envitra einfach den Stromliefervertrag beendet hat ohne Meldung oder irgendwas und unser Zähler 2 Jahre nicht angemeldet und 1 Jahr davon nicht mal abgerechnet wurde. Zum Glück haben wir das vor den NÖ Netzen bemerkt. I've been waiting for my balance of over €200 since November after Envitra stopped delivering gas to our area. No moo no mowing on e-mails, when you call you are put off with calls back that never come. Also a funny anecdote: Apparently, when we registered our electricity meter, there was a transposed digit inside. Envitra didn't really care and billed without a registered meter. The next year I didn't even get a statement. Then we did a little research and found out that Envitra simply ended the electricity supply contract without a notification or anything and our meter was not registered for 2 years and 1 year of it was not even billed. Luckily we noticed that before the NÖ Netze.
