Daher hatte ich mich entschlossen eine Bildungsberatung beim WUK Bräugasse in Anspruch zu nehmen. Ich hatte zuvor schon Coaching Gespräche und daher auch schon Erfahrung bzw. Erwartungen wie es ca. ablaufen würde und war deshalb auch etwas entäuscht und verärgert, als ich dieses Beratungsgespräch verließ. Zum einen weil die Dame über das ganze Gespräch hinweg weder freundlich noch motiviert wirkte, jetzt wirklich helfen zu wollen. Jede nachfrage wurde so kurz es ging ohne nähere Erläuterung abgeschmettert , dies bezog sich insbesondere auch auf die Nachfrage hin was ich denn an meinem Lebenslauf besser machen könnte. Darüber hinaus schien sie keine wirklichen Kenntnisse darüber zu haben, um was es in meinem Studium ging, obwohl es artverwandt zu ihrer Ausbildung war. Alles in allem fand ich es keine gelungene Beratung, da weder der Umgangston (wurde fast wie ein Kleinkind behandelt obwohl ich fast 30 bin) noch die Vermittlung der Inhalte passend war. Frau S-F. mag sicher kompetent sein, in diesem Gespräch machte Sie jedoch nicht den Eindruck. I am an academic and have been unemployed for a long time (with brief interruptions). Therefore, I decided to take up educational counseling at WUK Bräugasse. I already had coaching discussions and therefore already experience or expectations as it would run about and was therefore a little disappointed and annoyed when I left this consultation. For one thing, because the lady was neither friendly nor motivated throughout the conversation, she really wanted to help now. Each demand was as brief as it was smashed without further explanation, this was particularly related to the demand for what I could do better on my resume. In addition, she did not seem to have any real knowledge of what my studies were about, although it was related to her education. All in all, I found it no successful advice, since neither the tone (was almost treated like a toddler although I'm almost 30) nor the mediation of the content was appropriate. Mrs. S-F. may be competent, but in this conversation did not make the impression.
