Mitarbeiter hat Namen für PCR Test telefonisch falsch verstanden und somit falsch reserviert. Die Art und Weise wie mit dem Kunden gesprochen und umgegangen wurde , hat mich total entsetzt. Dem Kunden wurde die Schuld gegeben " Ja wenn sie selbst nicht wissen wie sie heißen. Ich will mich mit ihnen nicht mehr unterhalten. Ich hab genug von dem Gespräch usw usw. Es wurde nicht darauf Rücksicht genommen, dass unbeteiligte im Raum waren und auch nicht, dass eben ein Mitarbeiter der Apotheke den Fehler gemacht hat Unmögliches Verhalten von der Mitarbeiterin On October 23, 10:00 a.m. pharmacist discussed with customers because the wrong input was entered by the employee. m	marianne gamauf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind sehr kompetent,hilfsbereit und freundlich wenn was nicht lagernd ist wird es sofort bestellt .Und auch der alte Stil der Apotheke gefällt sehr gut einfach sehr zufrieden kann man nur weiter empfehlen. M	Marija Kosanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die schlimmste Apotheke in Wien und der Dank geht an eine Mitarbeiterin mit schulterlangem braunem Haar immer unfreundlich, wurde von der besagten Dame schon öfters ignoriert wollte mich ganz einfach nicht bedienen und nicht mit mir sprechen, hat öfters andere Kunden vor mir dran genommen obwohl ich länger wartete als ich sie darauf höflich ansprach kam natürlich keine Antwort. Mein Tipp geht dieser Apotheke lieber aus dem Weg bevor ihr von so einer Pharmazeutin bedient werdet. Stelle mich draußen an wegen der Pandemie kommen zwei andere Kunden gehen sofort rein,ich ging au h hinein und wollte das nur klarstellen. Doch die Angestellte schickte mich raus. Als ich dann wieder rein konnte wollte ich das nur erklären aber die Angestellte war unfreundlich. Das passierte aber schon öfters. Das unhöflich und frustriete Personal ist nicht zumutbar. Da gehe ich lieber etwas weiter in die Arkaden Apotheke. Dort ist das Personal freundlich und als Kundin fühle ich mich auch willkommen. The worst pharmacy I know. Ein tolles Team, ganz besonders die zwei jungen Mädels, immer ganz lieb und freundlich. I am very happy that I have the "St. Elisabeth Pharmacy" close by. Customer care is very important here. A great team, especially the two young girls, always very nice and friendly.

Will nicht mit Patientinnen sprechen und hört nicht zu. Zudem trägt sie ihre maske meistens falsch oder gar nicht. Wenn Kundinnen ohne Maske in die Apotheke kommen, wird nichts dagegen gesagt (so passiert am 27.1.2021, gegen Mittag). Das Testen ist auch recht spannend: Apotheker fährt mit dem stäbchen nur ca 1cm und sehr kurz ins Naasenloch (2x bis jetzt passiert - die Tests waren schon vor einigen Wochen) . Außerdem sind manche Mitarbeiter*innen sehr unfähig bei der Beratung und ignorieren eifach, was man sagt. Heutiges beispiel: "ich brauche Tabletten zum schlucken" - "es gibt da ein Gel" Rating corrected: here you wait forever. especially one middle aged lady with shoulder length brown hair is very rude and uncooperative.
