Very pleasantly surprising, renovated And modern hotel at the entrance of town to Mayrhofen. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms were lovely with all modern amenities and plenty of space, and very importantly which I think is hard to find in Austria mountain towns - a comfortable bed with a very comfortable down duvet cover! We only had half-board so enjoyed the delicious breakfast - it’s a buffet but on the higher end of buffets with more quality selections than other places we’ve stayed. The hotel also offers afternoon snacks between 3-5pm and dinner service. What makes this hotel awesome is the spa. It’s beautiful, clean, relaxing and a place to unwind after a day’s skiing. A heated indoor pool with a fireplace at one end, a nice jacuzzi, and a aromatherapy steam room and sauna. There is a nude section for those wishing to go all out, but for those who prefer not to see other people’s privates the main spaces are wonderful. There’s also a small fitness gym but with good workout machines and equipment. Tip: book any massages or spa services way in advance. I don’t know how but during our time everything was booked despite having 5 massage rooms. Maybe only one person was working - which during busy season I would recommend the hotel to add more spa staff. Bonus: there’s a mamma Mia pizza place in front of the hotel! To get to the slopes you can take a bus one stop - that stops in front of the hotel, or take your chances and walk 300 m. Highly recommended especially comparing to other places in town.

Excellent hotel & service. The SPA facilities are fabulous: many saunas & steam rooms, a swimming pool, lounge rooms. The location is very good as well, there's a bus stop right at the hotel that will take you to the nearest ski lift in under 5min. Hotel staff are very friendly & helpful (special compliments to Jan & Anette - they were great!). The public at the hotel is varied & pleasant. Highly recommended!

This is a very cozy family-run 4*superior Hotel. We spent New Year here and were amazed by the friendly and attentive staff and the relaxed atmosphere. Food and rooms are great. The spa is very spacious and well designed, with a wide variety of treatments and massages. The location in the Zillertal is in 5 min walking distance to 2 ski gondola which take you up to a large resort. Mayrhofen is located on only approx 630m altitude but once you are on the mountain chances for sun and snow are good.

Just perfect in every way this Christmas. Great food, service and stunning hotel. Thank you and we'll be back.

I spent 10 days in summer and it was a wonderful experience. Excellent food, great service and the spa area has everything including a swimming pool. The location is perfect for hiking, running, cycling - and it is 2 minutes walk to shops and restaurants in the village. Definitely recommend.

Never seen anybody cleaning/drying the floor or monitoring customers respect the rules in the wellness area, slept on one of the worst mattresses ever tried in a motel or hostel. The structure is nice but the way it's managed and the mediocre customer experience is not worth 460€/night. Also, in Südtyrol you feel welcomed much more.

Nice hotel but definitely not premium !! Very rude check in by Alexander from the reception left bad feeling for all the vacation ( the same guy was rude in the check out)- other staff members were nice and helpful Many things that other premium ski hotels have are missing like- No shuttle service to gondola No outdoor pool or jacuzzi or sauna Long line at coffee machine every breakfast No towels at spa area Nobody helps with luggage No luggage room that is locked- you need to leave your luggage in a room that every gust can come in

We stayed here for two nights right after the lockdown. The common areas are very cute, also nicely decorated for Christmas. The hallways to the rooms and the rooms itself are very stylish with wood and modern furniture. We got a room upgrade which we didn’t expect, which made it a perfect start to our holiday. The spa area is nicely done and you have all the options you want. Several saunas, steam rooms, chill areas and a pool and a whirlpool. The food was also amazing!! Looked and tasted beautiful. BUT what impressed us the most in this hotel was the service!! 5* Service! Extremely attentive, very friendly, remembered everything from the night / morning before and they really went the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable. We especially want to thank Julianna and Jan for their amazing service!! We’ll be back!!?
