★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to fit everything about this hotel into one small review but I’ll try! The food is exceptional - some of the best dishes I have ever had. The decor is superbly designed to the last detail, managing that difficult mix of modern and cosy. The staff are wonderful. The location is perfect - 2 mins walk to the main gondola and close to shops/restaurants etc. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partly fantastic, partly disappointing. Location is superb. Spa facility is amazing. Outside pool is great. Food is great, we were amazed by the a la carte dinner and breakfast every day. Head waiter was extremely efficient and she went at great lengths to make sure we had everything we wanted. Now the disappointing part: You get what you pay for but not the slightest bit more and that spoils the impression. There could be a bottle of water in the room. We should not have to ask for additional shampoo. The could be a more convenient late check out on the last day. There could be sheets in the sauna. The staff with the exception of those I mentioned seemed very junior and inefficient. Overall it feels the owners are cutting on expenses, too much in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was fantastic on all levels, firstly such welcoming hosts , very tasteful decor and attention to detail. This was an experience not just a holiday, what an exciting menu every day so beautifully presented and thought out , the chef is world class in our opinion. The location is perfect and the pool , sauna facilities amazing.I can only recommend you try this experience if you are looking to relax , be spoilt and enjoy utter luxury which is amazing value for money. We can't wait to return next year .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a huge disappointment. The room was much smaller than advertised and looked much worse than on photos. It was very hot inside, no AC and there was only one window so it was impossible to get some fresh air. The owner is very unfriendly and disrespectful. The hotel made a booking error and she didn’t want to solve the issue, forcing us to shorten our vacation. Plenty of other beautiful hotels in Mayrhofen, so we will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and very clean room with a large and comfortable bathroom. The food was excellent! I recommend booking a room with the dining option - it's worth it!
Nice and helpful people!
The view could be better - we had a view of the neighbor's house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If not German-speaking, DON’T GO! Unless you want to support the owner of a hotel that behaves differently in front of foreign clients than local ones, DONT GO!
We never experienced this in Austria and hope we will never again…
the hotel oversold the family size suite we had booked, and without saying anything, put us in a smaller double room (note that we were traveling with a baby and dog…) then in the extremely small and packed hotel restaurant (no idea as this restaurant can fulfill any hygiene norms, there like 80 people filled in 40m2) they put us in the worst table in the middle of the way, with the exhausted waiters bumping into us several times…
This would have made for a 2/3* review, and not 1* as we first thought it is just bad luck…
but then when we noticed how the owner was behaving towards the German speaking guests, she was all sweet and charming.. and to us or other French and English speaking guests; she was extremely rude, making us feel we have nothing to do in her hotel…
Strange behaviour I thought, so I started to read reviews, and as you can see, in several other NEGATIVE REVIEWS of this hotel, you read about this “BAD BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS FOREIGNERS “many times…
So I guess it was not our subjective feeling and there is a real problem here with Madame Huber behaviour, that seems shocking to us in the 21st century to think and behave as this hotel owner!!!
I would not recommend it to anyone for whom ETHICS matter… as supporting this kind of behaviour by staying in this owner’s hotel, wherever you are from, is not something one can be proud of ? so we will not do it again…

Excellent service, food was both imaginative and delicious, I should think Michelin ***’s are somewhere about knocking on the door.
Highly recommend and we will come again
