★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a hiking accident, we had to rearrange our entire trip on very short notice. Not only did we get rooms for 10 people on very short notice (within 20 minutes of calling there), but also the entire staff was more than friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The lady at the reception even went to look for some crutches for our injured friend and then hurried off to get another big pillow for his room, so he could prop up his hurt foot in the night.
The appertaining restaurant serves delicious food and we had the single most awesome waiter anyone of us ever encountered. He was so joyful, thoroughly loving his job, joking with us, and all-around making our dinner and the (much longer than anticipated) stay in the restaurant delightful, fun, and entertaining. If we ever come through Mayerhofen again, this is 100% where we would stay!
Offers a really fair price for all that they do and that is available (spa area, gym, awesome breakfast, outstanding service, soft bath-robes and more).

The roof top pool and jacuzzi are perfect for closing a long day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosphere is nice, but in what world does "orange juice" mean a "fanta/mirinda" drink? A waiter comes by and you ask him for the check in German (we are in Austria after all) and he doesn't understand... Then ask to pay by card and get the check as to pay cash. Otherwise the food was fine, but a bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in their 'low-budget' appartments, down the street behind the hotel. Accommodation was good value for money, and was cleaned every two days. Especially the huge balcony of appartment Alpenrose fulfilled our desires. However, be aware: NO outside party after 10 pm ;). Moreover, don't be fooled by the flyers for using the payed spa of the main hotel, that are in the appartment when you arrive. When showing up at the reception for a nice day in the spa, the receptionist will look at you in a condescendig way and tell you the spa is not for 'low-budget' guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First night at Manni Home. It's 23:55 and you can hear every step people in the hallway take, as well as words as clear as if they were in the room next door. The look and feel of the place is new and modern....how did they not install soundproofing?!?
Review pending response of staff...but currently this is worse than hostel level expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best winter vacation we hat.... we booked MANI Hotel as the last minute. Hat no expectations at all. but it turns to be our best vacation ever.
we arive late midday an went directly skiing.
The hotel is 5 mon to the lift. and as we came back we realized what we had.....
a roof top pool warmed whit an outside jacuzzi and an incredible view of the mountain.
After that we fall in love with this place an we recommend it to everyone.
