★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented for a week for 6 people snowboards, shoes, helmets in total for around EUR 500. Then we had to change our booking. As a result we rented for around 400 EUR but we did not receive any refunds. The local provider told us to deal with skidiscount.co.uk to get a refund. But they reject the refund and point to Hervis.
Both also insist that we returned the equipment later - which is not true. Nobody offered any compensation.
I can not recommend skidiscount.co.uk AND I can not recommend Hervis in Mayrhofen/Zillertal/Austria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of equipment, all kind of sports, the stuff is very dedicated, professional and helpful. We bought among other things a new hiking shoes, and were told to wear them for two days at the hotel, and if there not good we can return and get refund.
To whom it may concern - global blue tax refund is available.
