★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns wurde in Slowenien bei Bled der linke Außenspiegel vom Wohnmobil abgefahren. Wir hatten keine Chance unsere Reise fortzusetzen.
Ein Anruf genügte und wir bekamen am nächsten Tag einen Termin in der Werkstatt. Wir fuhren zurück nach Klagenfurt. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Der Spiegel wurde sofort ersetzt . Tausend Dank für die super schnelle Hilfe. LG DAUMEN HOCH
 In Slovenia near Bled, the left wing mirror of our motorhome was driven off. We didn't have a chance to continue our journey.
One phone call was enough and we got an appointment in the workshop the next day. We drove back to Klagenfurt. Very friendly helpful staff. The mirror was replaced immediately. Many thanks for the super quick help. THUMBS UP

Aus Wien kommend hat uns Herr Bucaj vom Bahnhof abgeholt und die Fahrzeugübergabe ganz persönlich durchgeführt. Der gesamte Kaufprozess war trotz Corona und Distanz ein positives Erlebnis. Vielen Dank.
We bought a beautiful Fiat 500c DolceVita from Eisner Auto Italia Klagenfurt. Coming from Vienna, Mr. Bucaj picked us up from the train station and personally handed over the vehicle. The entire buying process was a positive experience despite the corona and the distance. Many Thanks.

Hiermit muss ich meine Bewertung nach unten korrigieren. Mag
der Verkauf auch positiv gewesen sein (eine spätere Anfrage nach
dem Autokauf wurde aber auch nicht beantwortet) ist die Werkstatt
nicht zu empfehlen.
Nicht nur das man sich nicht wirklich um das Anliegen kümmert
erzählt man noch gegenüber Jeep nicht die Wahrheit.
Ich habe nun eine bessere Werkstatt gefunden.
Alles Perfekt. War positiv überrascht, dass es noch kompetente, freundliche und bemühte Autoverkäufer gibt. Auch eine Probefahrt war kein Problem, was leider nicht immer eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.
BItte weiter so :-)

I have to downgrade my rating. Like
the sale may also have been positive (a later request for
the car purchase was not answered either) is the workshop
not recommendable.
Not only that you don't really care about the issue
you still don't tell the truth to Jeep.
I have now found a better workshop.
Everything perfect. Was pleasantly surprised that there are still competent, friendly and committed car salespeople. Even a test drive was not a problem, which unfortunately is not always a matter of course.
Please continue :-)

Very nice team who even called me back as a German "non-customer" and gave me competent advice. Unfortunately, they couldn't help me with the spare part I was looking for for my Jeep Compass, but I'm sure they tried seriously. Thanks!
