I came to do a test drive. I was able to test the car at will. The staff was very friendly, I got answers to all my questions. Judging by my experience, I can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist schön, dass es noch Familienbetriebe gibt, bei denen man sich einfach gut aufgehoben fühlt. Autohändler mit professioneller Freundlichkeit gibt es viele, Betriebe in denen man das Gefühl hat, dass sich alle Mitarbeiter an einem Strang ziehen, von der Verrechnung bis in die Werkstatt, das findet man selten. Ich habe jetzt mit dem neuen RAV 4 das dritte Auto bei Kinzel gekauft, immer ohne irgendwelche Probleme. Der Preis war OK, das Service - und mit so großen Worten muss man vorsichtig sein - immer perfekt. Wermutstropfen: Beim alten Auto - auch ein RAV 4 - hat sich nach 8 Jahren die Zylinderkopfdichtung verabschiedet. Aber da kann der Verkäufer nix dafür. Der Autotausch war nach 2 Tagen erledigt !
It's nice that there are still family businesses where you just feel that you are in good hands. There are many car dealers with professional friendliness, companies in which you have the feeling that all employees are pulling together, from billing to the workshop, you rarely find that. I have now bought the third car from Kinzel, the new RAV 4, always without any problems. The price was OK, the service - and you have to be careful with such big words - always perfect. The downside: the old car - also a RAV 4 - had its cylinder head gasket goodbye after 8 years. But the seller can't help it. The car swap was done after 2 days!
