I bought a sim card for unlimited internet, which was the cheapest option that I could find in Vienna. The staff was really friendly and helpful, he even helped me out installing it with my dongle. Highly recommended!

If you buy through Edustore, you also enter into agreements (by proxy) with A1 and Educom. The internal, multilateral constellations between those firms are (to put it simple) a mess. You can end (we did) having to pay for a contract with Educom, even if you only enter into a contract with Edustore. Take care!!! We bought our internet plan through Edustore. When entering into contract we only talked to the staff in Edustore.The internet did not work. Funny enough this is not the main point of this review. We returned the router and cancelled the contract within a few days. We were told to cancel the plan in the Edustore. Here we signed the cancelation and gave it to them e and then they would take care of the rest. To our surprise we receive an invoice three months later regarding payment for the first month and a missed payment fee from a firm called Educom. This was surprising since the first month was supposed to be free. Thats what Edustore told us. Now, Edustore cannot help us. They have agreed with us that we did everything right, and they are the only one we had a relation to. They were the one we entered into the contract to and advising us how to get out of the contract. But in the end this was wrong and we end up getting invoices from the firms they are a broker for. And then there is nothing they are willing to do even though it is their fault. THIS IS A WARNING to everyone that when you think you make a contract with one company you are actually making it with another sub company to A1 where no one can help you. When you think you cancel your contract you might end up in inkasso.

Very supportive and client-oriented. Sometime a bit slow in answering, but always helpful and kind. It is definitely worth buying there. A must for students and teaching staff.

we ordered a macbook air with an international keyboard (we will in germany) and when we made the payment the website said 3 - 5 days delivery time (which is the main reason we opted to buy from edustore) After 5 days we call the store and they say that it would another 3 weeks, only because it has an international keyboard. After 3 weeks we contact them and they say it is arriving on the monday of the week after, and on that monday of the week after they postponed it for another week. We had to finally cancel the order and buy at a local store. The store promised to give a full refund of the money but we haven't got any further updates till now. 7 weeks delay from their promised time which was highly inconvinient. And there was no direct communication from the store, we had to call every single time and ask for the status of the product. I would recommend buying at a local apple store rather then edustore, although the apple store may seem more expensive.
