Als ich händeringend auf der Suche nach einem Job war hat das Unternehmen alles getan um eine passende Stelle für mich zu finden. Administratives wurde unkompliziert abgewickelt. Habe ich um einen Rückruf ersucht, habe ich diesen auch immer erhalten. Während meiner Anstellung wurden sogar die Kosten für eine Ausbildung übernommen, die die Firma, an die ich überlassen war, nicht bezahlt hätte. Mittlerweile bin ich in einer Führungsposition und habe dies mitunter Leitner Personalmanagement AT Work AG zu verdanken! The company looked after me on my career path and looked after me. Unverschämter, unfreundlicher geht es nicht mehr!! Und ACHTUNG!! Diese Personal Firma beschäftigt NUR mittels AUFEINANDER FOLGENDER DIENSTVERTRÄGE!! "KETTEN-ARBEITSVERTRÄGE"!! Das ist ILLEGAL!! Doch wie gehen die vor? Falls man das bemerkt und bemängelt wird man gnadenlos gekündigt. ALSO VORSICHT, VORSICHT, VORSICHT!! Von Anfang an war es ein sehr wertschätzendes und professionelles Arbeitsverhältnis. Bei Fragen jeglicher Art konnte ich mich immer tel. oder per Mail an die Kollegen wenden. Die Fragen wurden immer recht zeitnah beantwortet und bürokratische Angelegenheiten wie Urlaubsbestätigung/Krankenstand konnten vor allem im Home Office effizient über digitalem Wege kommuniziert werden. Schlussendlich lief die Übernahme zur vermittelten Firma schnell und unkompliziert. Ich war und bin sehr Zufrieden! From the beginning it was a very appreciative and professional working relationship. For questions of any kind, I was always able to tel. or send an email to colleagues. The questions were always answered promptly and bureaucratic matters such as holiday confirmations / sick leave could be efficiently communicated digitally, especially in the home office. In the end, the takeover of the mediated company was quick and uncomplicated. I was and am very satisfied!
