★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. This person- shop owner is extremely rude. I called because he held an order which was delivered by GLS and is not willing to hand it out to our customer. This man yelled at me at the phone, no manners what so ever. Stay far away from this place.
Ach und: "Sher" schreibt man so: "Sehr"- Falls Sie sich mal wieder selber bewerten moechten. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give -100 if I could, very rude, zero respect towards the customer. Earlier today, he started shouting at me when I gave the wrong arrival date for my GLS package, although I had already told him my name, he brought the wrong package which he subsequently threw on the floor when I pointed out it wasn’t mine. It could have been fragile, he didn’t care. This is how he treats people’s packages and I really don’t understand how GLS allows this shop to hold parcels for them. Avoid at any costs!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you give your gadget here for the repair, make sure to ask for garantee, or you may end up loosing your money for nothing. I brought my laptop here for the repair, and in a week the same problem with it appeared again. They refused to give me back my money. I am very disappointed.
