- my celular data/telephone find "no network" outside austria, when they claim we have 5 GB for entire europe.. i tried to use the simcard on my friend's phone it also did not work. so i cant call, or sms or do anything with my phone back then. i have to do be in greece for a few days to do the academic things so i have to buy another simcard (which work as well when i went back to austria and travelled to another country in europe. prove that was not my phone's fault ). i guess im just being unlucky i got a broken simcard.... bcs my friend's still work.
For the problem i have tried to seek for answer in the application and customer service. unfortunately i cant speak german so the troubleshoot via application also won't help.. and the customer service is just wont respond in english even though i have begged them to answer in english they still respond in german. please try to fix this issue (how the customer service did not willing to answer in english).
+but thanks so much for the edubag, i enjoyed it

PS: I am curious what would be inside goodie bags next semester :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one from the customer service willing to speak English even they know it. Did not receive the sim card and I had to go into a police for lost report. When the police talk to them, their attitude 180 degree changed and claimed they can speak English. When I got home and called them again for follow-ups, they cut off my phone twice!!
Not helpful at all. Worst customer service I've ever had. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently the best provider for mobile phone plans and internet plans in Austria. Easy to buy, great value for money, nice (and usually fast) customer service, cancels old plans for you and offers quite good connectivity, except maybe high up in the mountains (it's using the infrastructure of 3). Also the App looks modern ^^
I have been using Educom now already for 2 Years and have never even had a thought about complaining always worked splendidly.
10/10 would by again.
