(Konnten nicht erklären was alles im essen enthalten war oder konnten ganze Gerichte nicht beschreiben) Nach der Bestellung von 9 Martini als Aperitif bekamen wir ein ganz anderes regionales Getränk weil es wohl keinen Martini gab. (Sind wir jetzt in Ägypten oder was) Aufgrund des schlechten Geschmacks haben wir dieses zurück gehen lassen. Prinzipiell geht so etwas hat nicht. Offene Kundenkommunikation vorab wäre hier wichtig gewesen. Die Preise sind relativ hoch was sich jedoch nicht mit der Qualität des Essens gedeckt hat. Da esse ich regional in meiner Heimat für die Hälfte und doppelt so gut. Im Detail gesprochen. Der Spinat war schlecht, der Tafelspitz zäh wie Hund und die Kartoffeln bockel hart. Und dafür gute 30€ bezahlen geht überhaupt nicht. In dieser Preiskategorie will ich feinstes Essen verzehren. Ich sehe für dieses Restaurant zwei Möglichkeiten. Entweder die Preise deutlich reduzieren oder die Qualität massiv nach oben schrauben. Ein zweiter Besuch wird nicht stattfinden. Alles in allen war dieser Abend kulinarisch ein echter Reinfall. Unfortunately I was disappointed here as good as the whole line. The service was very poor. (Could not explain what was included in the meal or could not describe whole dishes) After ordering 9 Martini as an aperitif we got a very different regional drink because there was probably no martini. (Are we in Egypt or what?) Due to the bad taste we let this go back. In principle, something like this does not work. Open customer communication in advance would have been important here. The prices are relatively high which, however, was not covered by the quality of the food. I eat regionally in my home country for half and twice as well. Spoken in detail. The spinach was bad, the Tafelspitz tough as dog and the potatoes bock hard. And to pay good 30 € is not at all. In this price category, I want to eat the finest food. I see two possibilities for this restaurant. Either reduce the prices significantly or screw up the quality massively. A second visit will not take place. All in all, this evening was culinary a real flop.
