Das Essen ist toll, das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr engagiert. Durch den Umbau im Hotel wirkt alles sehr gemütlich, das man dort nicht mehr weg möchte. Ich kann das Hotel sowohl für Sommer und Winter empfehlen!! I've been going to this hotel since I was a kid and I have to say I love it there. The food is great, the staff is super friendly and very dedicated. Due to the renovation in the hotel, everything looks very cozy that you don't want to leave there. I can recommend the hotel for both summer and winter !!

C	Claudio Cini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 4 anni che torno in questa struttura, sempre con molto piacere ma quest'anno per over booking mi parcheggiano nella loro dependance che credetemi non ha nulla a che fare con l'hotel. La possibilità di usare la casa principale ed i suoi servizi (wellness ecc ecc), purtroppo è cosi scomodo nel trasferimento. Problema tecnico del wifi e quindi niente connessione, nessun ascensore due piani con scale strette, bagno minuscolo "e che ve lo dico a fare".... pessima esperienza peccato I have been returning to this structure for 4 years, always with great pleasure but this year for over booking they park me in their annex which, believe me, has nothing to do with the hotel. The possibility of using the main house and its services (wellness etc. etc.), unfortunately, is so inconvenient in the transfer. Technical problem of the wifi and therefore no connection, no lift two floors with narrow stairs, tiny bathroom "and what do I tell you to do" .... bad experience too bad

Been several times and it's always great. The food, the hotel and the service! Now also with a child, for him it was also a great stay!

Zimmer war auch gut und für die Kinder war auch der Spieleraum toll. Vielen Dank für die sehr schöne Woche We were there in the summer with two children. We particularly liked the super friendly staff and the excellent food. The room was good too and the playroom was great for the kids. Thank you for the very nice week

S	Simon Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife booked the Panorama 3000 room for two weeks for our yearly hike 'n bike holidays, and we spent a fantastic two weeks in this hotel. The room was furnished with great taste, the view was spectacular, the food delicious, and the personnel and owners are very open and friendly. We spent a lot of time riding our mountain bikes on great trails, which we easily found thanks to the advice given by Gerry, the hotel's professional bike guide. He really knows the region in and out, and this on a lot of levels of riding -- the hike and bike combination to the top of Schartlkopf was a great experience. We can definitely recommend this hotel for luxury mountain bike holidays.
A	Ashraf Kamel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this hotel. The food and service far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were large and very clean. Everything looked new. Loved the spa. Close to everything in the village. Might have limited appeal for children and the village, although beautiful and charming, is a bit sleepy. So great place for an active holiday where you want a spa to recover after a long day out and a great meal before sleeping.
