R	Raffael Kerschnaumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LPA Visierung wurde gekauft, allerdings bei der Montage bei Kettner wurde die Kimme nicht fachmännisch Montiert [zerkratzt]. Beim Korn wurde beim Einbau das Gewinde zerstört. Bei der Reklamation wurde ein nicht passendes Glock Korn montiert und behauptet es wurde eingeschossen €30.-. Aufgrund der fehlenden höhe des Korns technisch allerdings nicht möglich. In Zukunft spar ich mir den Ärger und geh zu einen richtigen Büchsenmacher. LPA sights were bought, however, the rear sight was not professionally assembled [scratched] during assembly at Kettner. The thread of the grain was destroyed during installation. In the case of a complaint, an incompatible glock grain was installed and claims it was shot in for € 30.-. Due to the missing height of the grain technically not possible. In the future I will save myself the hassle and go to a real gunsmith.

Kettner ist mehr Kleiderboutiq als ein Fachhändler für Jäger und Schützen. No specialist staff, cartridge packs look like if they had survived at least one world war and delivery times like in GDR times. Employees are also puffy. A I don't buy anything anymore. Kettner is more of a clothing boutique than a specialist retailer for hunters and shooters.

Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar gemütlich unterwegs aber sehr freundlich und höflich. Die Auswahl an Waffen ist gut und jede Menge Zubehör für alle Zwecke. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Very nice hunting and fashion shop with good selection of products and services. The staff are comfortable but very friendly and polite. The selection of weapons is good and lots of accessories for all purposes. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

Wenn es nach mir ginge könnte aber der Bekleidungsanteil kleiner und der andere Teil größer werden. ? Update 2020: Leider gibt es bei Munition verschiedener Kaliber anscheinend immer wieder Lieferschwierigkeiten... Manchmal gibt es monatelang keine passende Munition. Sehr schade... Wenn sie das in den Griff bekommen gibt es wieder 5 Sterne. ? Nice and knowledgeable staff! The shop is partly a clothing store and partly a shop for hunters and marksmen with a good selection. If it were up to me, the clothing part could be smaller and the other part larger. ? Update 2020: Unfortunately, ammunition of different calibers apparently always has delivery problems ... Sometimes there is no suitable ammunition for months. It's a shame ... If you get a handle on it, there are 5 stars again. ?

Heute 15.2. haben 2 Kinder höflich darum gebeten ihren Vater anrufen zu dürfen und die Verkäuferin hat ihnen nicht nur die Hilfe verweigert, sie hat sie auch dermaßen unhöflich angesprochen, dass man als Reinbeteiligter peinlich berührt war. Nicht nur die Polizei empfiehlt es in Trainings mit Kindern, auch als Eltern rät man es seinen eigenen, sich Hilfe in Geschäften zu suchen, wenn man alleine nicht weiter weiß. Firmenpolitik oder Personalauswahl ?!?! Apart from the products, an absolutely socially questionable staff. Today 15.2. 2 children politely asked to be allowed to call their father and the saleswoman not only refused to help them, she also spoke to them so rudely that one was embarrassed as a participant. Personal ist offenbar schon erfolgsverwöhnt und zeigt wenig Interesse neue Stammkunden gewinnen zu wollen. Also wer viel Zeit mitnimmt und weiß was er will wird hier sicher auch nicht mit leeren Händen raus gehen. Grundsätzlich Empfehlenswert. Insanely large selection of weapons and also paramilitary costumes and hunters get their money's worth when looking for suitable clothing. The staff is apparently already used to success and shows little interest in acquiring new regular customers. So if you take a lot of time with you and know what you want, you will certainly not go out empty-handed. Generally recommendable.

Das Personal ist in Sachen Schusswaffen, Waffenpflege und Munitionstypen sehr gut ausgebildet und steht immer mit einem freundlichen Rat zur Seite. Ich habe hier nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für Jäger und Sportschützen! I can't understand the negative reviews at all! I am always treated very friendly and courteously at Kettner. The staff is well trained in firearms, gun care and types of ammunition and is always on hand to offer friendly advice. I've only had positive experiences here! Unreserved recommendation for hunters and target shooters!
