Wenn es aber um den tatsächlichen Service geht... naja. ich hätte wirklich mehr erwartet. Ich muss sagen, dass mich Elbe einige negative Gefühle kostet. in 3 Tagen ist es nun einen Monat her, dass ich meinen Laptop eingetauscht habe. Jedes Mal musste ich selbst nachhaken, damit wenigstens IRGENDWAS passiert. Mir wurde mein neuer Laptop auf einen Freitag versprochen. dieser Freitag ist nun bald auch schon 3 Wochen vergangen. Ich wäre einfach viel schneller gewesen, hätte ich mir selbst einen neuen Laoptop besorgt. einfach ein bisschen schade... First of all: The consultants in the shop themselves are really (!!) very friendly and approachable. But when it comes to actual service ... well. I really would have expected more. I have to say that Elbe costs me some negative feelings. in 3 days it will be a month since I exchanged my laptop. Each time I had to ask myself to make SOMETHING happen. I was promised my new laptop for a Friday. this Friday has already passed 3 weeks. I would have been much faster if I had got myself a new Laoptop. just a bit of a shame ...

I have a mac book pro and an iphone Xmax I'm more than satisfied with the service and the employees! I was always helped quickly and easily! the cafe during the wait is better than in some caffees!

Sehr zufrieden mit beidem. Auch die Weinverkostungen sind super. Great service and advice for companies and individuals. We bought a Jura coffee machine and a Microsoft Surface here. Very happy with both. The wine tastings are great too.
