D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINGER WEG VON DYSON KUNDENSERVICE Bisher war ich sehr begeistert von Dyson, doch leider warte ich nun seit 6 Wochen auf meine Reparatur bzw einen Geräteaustausch, nachdem schon mehrmals etwas falsch hin und hergeschickt wurde. Offiziell hat Dyson 5-10 Tage Zeit zur Reparatur. Der Kundenservice ist grottenschlecht, man wird teilweise von Mitarbeitern aus der Leitung geworfen, oder mir wird gesagt sie haben derzeit kein gleichwertiges oder besseres Modell auf Lager. Wenn ich dann frage, wie es denn möglich ist, dass laufend Staubsauger auf der Homepage und im Store verkauft werden, gelange ich 15 Minuten (!) in die Warteschleife, ohne Antwort auf meine Frage. Schlimmer geht es echt nicht mehr. Jetzt stehe ich da, ohne Staubsauger, mein Gerät kann nicht repariert werden und es ist weit und breit kein anderes Gerät lagernd. Vorgesetzte gibt es nicht oder sie haben keine Lust auf Diskussion mit verärgerten Kunden. Ich würde Minus-Sterne vergeben, wenn ich könnte. Bloß Finger weg von Dyson bzw dem Kundenservice!! Und nachdem offenbar 0 (Null) Produkte lagernd sind, lohnt es sich auch nicht dort etwas zu bestellen. Kundenverarschung sondergleichen, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. FINGERS OFF DYSON CUSTOMER SERVICE So far I've been very enthusiastic about Dyson, but unfortunately I've been waiting for my repair or a device replacement for 6 weeks after something was sent back and forth several times. Officially, Dyson has 5-10 days to repair. The customer service is terrible, you are sometimes thrown off the line by employees, or I am told they do not currently have an equivalent or better model in stock. If I then ask how it is possible that vacuum cleaners are constantly being sold on the homepage and in the store, I get on hold for 15 minutes (!) Without an answer to my question. It really doesn't get any worse. Now I am standing there without a vacuum cleaner, my device cannot be repaired and there is no other device in stock for miles around. There are no superiors or they don't feel like discussing with angry customers. I would give minus stars if I could. Just stay away from Dyson or customer service !! And since there are apparently 0 (zero) products in stock, it is not worth ordering anything there. Unparalleled customer fooling, I've never seen anything like it.

Even I could buy it only in Holland, because of tax reasons the salesman helped me very wel and explained me the differences between the models. Now I purchased dyson air purifier and I am very satisfied!
