★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Kopfhörer gekauft rechnung verloren. Garantiefall nach 3 Monaten. Zuerst wird versprochen das Gerät auszutauschen dann doch nicht weil ein Kabel fehlte. Rechnungskooie wird ausgehändigt. Rechnung wieder währed der Reise verloren. Email an den Kundensupport über eine Woche ohne Rückmeldung, obwohl ein automatisches mail daruf hinweist, dass alle Fälle innerhalb von drei Tagen beantwortet werde. Aus meiner sicht verkaufen sie am liebsten an Touristen denn wenn da was kaputt wird gibts nichts zurück.
 Very bad experience. Headphones bought bill lost. Warranty case after 3 months. First, it is promised to replace the device then not because a cable was missing. Billing will be handed out. Invoice lost again during the trip. Email to customer support over a week without feedback, although an automatic mail indicates that all cases will be answered within three days. From my point of view, they prefer to sell to tourists because if something gets broken there is nothing to return.
